I ordered from Gear Gruppy in November 2017 and I still have not received my order. I requested to get my money back, but none of my emails have been taken care of.

We received our splash splash as a gift several months ago but it wasn’t the version with gears. I saw this advertised and wanted to get it for my boys and so happy it came last week. Shipping is notoriously long as forewarned by my sister but I’m thankful it arrived. I’m buying a couple for my coworker’s kids.

Thought this was going to turn out like the other reviews and be a sham. Not on my watch! Lol Just unboxed our splish splash this evening. So so happy to give this to our daughter.

I was so worried out toy wasn’t going to show up before xmas. Saw a package sitting outside our door today and was so excited. So happy to give this toy to my son for his first Christmas.

Unfortunately, I ordered two of the Splish Splash Fun Stations on September 8, 2017 and paid $47.99. I never received the items I purchased. I only got automated replies back when I emailed them. I never was refunded my money. Do not buy anything from them!!!!

I ordered in October of 2017 and it's almost April 2018! Only automatic responses when i tried to email them foe information and when I checked my order status it says fulfilled. I'd like my $35 back now. Ugh!

I ordered this product in October 2017 and never received it. I contacted them via email at least seven times and got nothing more than automatic replies telling me they were backed up, or it would take a few days for shopping info to work, etc. Now their website is down.

Same thing as everyone else. Ordered the bath toy in November, received a shipping notification a few days later. I emailed the company at the end of December and got the automated reply. It’s now November, still no toy.

I have same complaint as everyone else. Ordered a bath toy, payment was taken, and no product ever arrived. Ordered in October and it is now March 2018. Only automated email responses. This company SUCKS!

I placed an order in october 2017 after seeing an ad on Facebook and never received the items in the mail. I reached out via email Because I was hoping to use the items for Christmas and I never received any email back. There is no way to contact them where a response is received. It is March 2018 and I still have nothing to show for my order placed.

I ORDERED THE Splish, Splash and Spray Fun Station on 10/12/17 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. MY REQUESTS FOR REFUND ARE GOING UNHEARD. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM THIS SELLER AND ADVISE OTHERS THE SAME.
THEY HAVE ALSO TAKEN THEIR WEBSITE OFF LINE, SO THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING IS UP. HOWEVER, THEY ARE SOMEHOW REVIEWING THESE REVIEWS AS I HAVE HAD TO CHANGE THE WORDING IN MY REVIEW TWICE NOW TO MAKE THEM LOOK BETTER. (STILL NO REFUND)
DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Similar experience to others on here. Ordered the splash splash station after seeing it advertised on Instagram. They said it was posted but I never received it. Every email I sent to enquire about the order was responded to with an automated email. Gone back to check and the website is down and my order can not longer be viewed. I don’t think I’ll ever get the product I ordered nor will I ever get my money back!

I’d give no stars if I could. I was also part of this scam set up by GearGuppy after seeing an ad on Instagram for the Splish, Splash, and Spray Fun Station. Shame on you for taking advantage of people and their children.

Very upset with gearguppy they happily took my money and said it was posted on the 23rd of October 2017, it is now February 2018 and I haven't seen it nor have they responded to my emails. I order 2 products and understand if you are out of stock but either offer an explanation and explain when to expect the product or give a refund!

TERRIBLE!! Good luck getting any response from them. I, like everyone else, ordered in October and still haven’t received anything. I escalated thru PayPal and they sent them shipping and tracking but it was the wrong information! (Sent to wrong zip code) I’ve appealed the decision and I just want my money back. They are worthless when it comes to contacting them... and I notice that the website says CLOSED! Imagine that!

Ordered early November, received an email quickly that my order shipped ...but the website always said to check back in a few days for tracking..never received tracking or my package. I have emailed the company and only received one automated response from them. Next step is to open a Paypal claim. I don’t have much faith that it will be successful since the website is now gone!

Paid $24 in Oct 2017 and Splish Splash toy never arrived. I emailed numerous times and was told it would be coming and that they hadn't prepared for the amount of volume they received. I emailed a month later saying I wanted a refund and have since heard nothing. Unbelievably horrible customer service. I paid via debit card so I'll be contacting my bank today to see what my options are. Not happy.

I ordered the splish splash bath toy in October of 2017 for a Christmas present for my son. After waiting over a month I contacted the company and received an automated response stating due to the season shipping could take 4-6 weeks. I replied again informing the company that it had been 6 weeks and still no item. I asked again a month later and no response. The really frustrating part was I had selected PayPal pay after delivery and the company had already charged my account. I filed a claim with PayPal where PayPal contacted the company. The company sent Paypal shipping information "proving" the item had shipped. I was confused, thought possibly someone stole the item off my porch but that didn't seem right. The more I looked at the shipping I saw the item was shipped to Kentucky when I live in Kansas. I double checked to make sure I did not accidentally hit Kentucky when ordering the product and sure enough I had Kansas with my correct address. Long story short this process could have been fixed a lot sooner and with a lot less effort if customer service would have been available and willing to correct the mistake.

Ordered the bath toy October 27, 2017 and it NEVER arrived! Emailed them only to recieve an automated reply. Now the site is closed!!!! I just want my money back, so annoyed!!!

Ordered items for Christmas on 11/4. Never received them. Contacted the company 3 times during the month of December and only got automated emails in return. I'm going to contact the bank today to see what my options are. So angry!
