Never got the toy and uncontactable. What a sham.

This toy does not come quickly but the wait is mostly worth it. My girl seems to enjoy it and I’m confident others will too.

2x splish, splash and spray fun stations ordered on 6th Sep 2017. Gone way beyond their recommended waiting times now. I still haven't received the items and it's now 18 Jan 2017. They took my money the moment the order was placed and I haven't heard from them since and they haven't replied to ANY of my many emails. DON'T trust them. DON'T use them! I've lost almost £50.

I order the splash splash spray for my daughter on Oct 2nd. I received an email on Oct 12th (order number 12282) saying it had been fulfilled and was on it's way. Unfortunately, this was not true. I have tried contacting the company by email and by phone several times to no avail. I have been more than patient. Even letting the company know that I didn't want to have to leave a bad review because the folks who had received their product seemed thrilled. But unfortunately, that has not worked either. It's a shame that this has gotten so out of hand that the company has shut down their website. My baby girl is so sad. At this point, I just want a refund so I can order the product on Amazon. Please and thank you.

As most people I've paid for a gear guppy toy back in October 2017. Still not received and only one auto response to many emails.
I'm really disappointed as thought son would love this toy. Will I ever get it? No way of contacting company other than email which is really frustrating. Will all orders be honoured eventually? Would rather have toy than a refund.

Update: PayPal refunded me in full after I raised this through their resolution centre!

This is unacceptable and now their website is no longer so not only do i not get what i ordered but no chance of a refund

Very disappointing

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas and I NEVER received it. They sent me an e-mail saying the package was shipped. I NEVER received the item. I sent them an e-mail and I NEVER got a response !

Ordered something back in September, I have contacted them on three different occasions and no reply. Still nothing has arrived and I have not been reimbursed.

Ordered in August! Still nothing and no response to emails. Instead of issuing refunds to the people they are clearly not giving bath toys to, they spend their days reporting reviews on here so they don’t look bad. This is an edit to my review since they reported me for using “accusatory language”. Hoping people see all of these reviews before they try to buy!

Do do order anything from these people.

Their website and Facebook page have conveniently disappeared since taking payments from myself and countless others for a child’s water toy that never came. They initially responded to my emails but now nothing. There are over 600 users on here claiming the same thing.

They are providing false tracking numbers to PayPal when people file disputes to get their money back, as well as blocking any negative reviews in this site and elsewhere.

Do not waste your time and money by purchasing anything from these people (or their spin-off websites Mom’s Best Choice or Little Playland, which are rated as ‘highly suspicious’)

October 12th I received an email saying package shipped. Here it is January and still no package. Tried emailing for tracking number or refund. Received what seemed to be a generic response. Very unhappy. Now I see website is down. Eric Schmidt, Evart, MI.

I ordered the gearguppy for a Christmas gift for my grandson on Nov 4, 2017. I still have not received it. When I emailed them I received a template email response stating that they were experiencing a longer shipping period of approximately 3 - 5 weeks. Well guess what, we’re well past that! I also like others received a UPS shipment for tracking email that has never been updated. I emailed them back requesting a refund but have received no response. I have since noted they have taken down their site, I will be notifying the BBB as well as PayPal regarding this issue since there seems to be no other choice to get either the product or my money back.

Ordered something in September. Started emailing company in November. Only received automated replies. Filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back for the item never sent at the end of December and all of a sudden, on 1/12/2018, GearGuppy can provide tracking on an item they say I received in November before I contacted them. PayPal closed the ticket before researching to determine that GearGuppy’s tracking submitted did not fit the timeline. No item was received. No money was returned. Do not buy from GearGuppy. Still no contact from company.

Absolutely horrible costumer service! Mommas BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a bath toy in September and was emailed “shipping info” within two weeks. It is now January and I still have not received my order! I have called this “company” and sent about a thousand emails only to get the same pity me response you see on the post below. Thank you Gear gruppy for neglecting to “take pride in your customers” while borrowing our money

I placed an order in October for a Christmas gift- it never arrived. I contacted GearGuppy and only got an auto response. I’ve contacted them 3 times since asking for a refund and heard nothing back. They have taken my money, delivered nothing and not responded to any of my enquiries or refund requests. Avoid.

Purchased a bath toy for my son’s first Christmas on 8th November, and received shipping notification 14th November. Christmas has obviously been and gone, and I’m still waiting! Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the Christmas period, but when I’ve emailed to chase I just received an automated response. Not happy!

Ordered a bath toy beginning of November from Gearguppy, it’s now mid January and still not received product, Gearguppy are not responding to my emails about where my order is or how to get a refund. But they did take the time to report my previous review on trustpilot for using accusatory language about their conduct as a company!

You pay for your product and Gear Guppy never sends it, even after recieving confirmation that it’s on its way. Never again will I purchase from Gear Guppy and I will be warning everyone I know to steer clear of this company !!! So many people have had this same issue with no feedback or communication from Gear Guppy. Reported my review which I had to change due to words I had used, yet they can’t contact me in regard to my missing order?

I never received my order. Very upset. This company needs to be reported.
