How many fu*king times did I need to say I wanted to cancel?? I thought it was a one off payment but it wasn't, when I realised they want £9.95 a month I cancelled but they still took payment, it's a mission to cancel and when you do they just don't want to let go. 3-4 times I had to confirm I wanted out. Steer clear!

They want money to cancel their subscription while other company’s will cancel immediately upon a cancellation email. Bad, bad, bad you shouldn’t have to pay money to cancel a subscription.

I called to cancel my ad block…
I called to cancel my ad block subscription last week. I call today to find out I opened 2 accounts. I get zero refund but did get cancellation of both accounts. Ad block support is useless. I could not even download the app. My computer said not to trust this site. Useless customer service.

To stop their pop-ups from appearing, uninstall the Total Adblock extension. If their icon appears on your toolbar (look for a white "X" on a red background), right-click on it and select "Remove". If you don't see the icon, click on the jigsaw puzzle piece on your toolbar and go to "Manage extensions". Find Total Adblock in your list and click on "Remove".

My husband signed up for the 1.99 trial. They charged us 2 separate things for 39.00 each and the 1.99 on June 29. By the time I figured out what had happened the company won't refund the money they took without my husband's knowledge because it wasn't within 14 days.

Adblock is a scam. The Adblock is just not working at all to block off the ads from YouTube. So I wrote to them three times with the same reply asking me to write to their support department.
My bank does not want to in the dispute between both consumers and Adblock. I will never use Adblock again

I ordered Adblock for £39 for a year they took £39 twice out of my bank and now they are not giving me my money back. I have not opened Adblock on my phone I want my money. Please be aware that this company does not sort out complains - a compleat con in my eyes

I signed up for this. A total con ! After being debited £9,95 per month, I still get 2 ad's before every you tube video. So nothing has changed. Called my bank, and they have reversed the charge and cancelled any future charges. Trying to cancel on their site is near impossible. Never again for me.
