While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Paid for Add Block Premium but it did not deliver the goods like it promised. I do not want cookie popups or floating video screens but I'm still getting them. Furthermore getadblock.com doesnt recognise that I have paid for and installed ABP. It asked for $2.20 monthly payment and that it what I have started paying. But the goods are not being delivered. If you are not happy with your monthly charges whereby you take and dont deliver for your customer base, either upgrade those charges b/c all I seem to get after installing is your paywall . It really is poor service.

Every time I open a site on the web, I get a popup from ADLOCK, sponsored by Trust Pilot, and every time I X it out. I'm tired of seeing this popup and need to know how to delete it from my PC. To me, this is malware.

I paid $29. last year for Total Adblock. This year without any notice of the yearly autopay and no notice of the increased price of $119.for this year, the money was sucked out of my checking account on a Sunday!
I immediately cancelled this and asked for my refund. To date, all I get is the run- a- round. They tell you that you have 120 days to cancel, and get a refund. Don't believe it!

I had the impression it was a trial when l signed up today and there were no fees.08/06/2024. It was only when l started to look at reviews I realized that it was a pay site and feel l was mislead and reading through Trustpilot reviews l can see that others have problems leaving. Under the 14 day legal cooling off period l would like to remove it from my computer please. For some reason it downloaded twice so l need both deleted with no additional costs to me.

It's decent but really annoying that it keeps asking me to support and pay them. I also hate when it open's a whole new tab just to tell me it updated. It's also not good at avoiding YT blocks.
I suggest you use Privacy Protector Adblocker instead.

I was charged 3 times in one month. Please refund me and cancel my account

I uninstall this thing and get a page that loads each time I start up leading to this damn thing.
I deleted it. I don 't need to tell you why. Get off my computer. I don't need to see you loading a page every time I open the chrampuim browser.
I hate this thing. It's like the herpes of the Internet. Stay away from it. You will have to edit your registry and start up again and again to get rid of this thing that is worse than a virus. May adblock and its IT team get it twice on Sunday in the worst place possible and without lube.

Paid £9.95 but no reduction in ads so cancelled only to find that they were trying to bill me every month. Arranged a chargeback with my bank and a block on the monthly fee but each and every month they try and take a payment which my bank blocks.

Absolutely the last straw. I was in the flow writing a very important work letter. Fully concentrating and exactly on track, an entire web page opens and a biog ugly stop sign appears to tell me my AD BLOCKER has been updated. Please don't scroll away--gibberish. It was signed, "Love, AdBlock."
The nerve of a place purporting to block ads, interrupting people's daily lives WITH AN AD THAT POPS UP, well, it should be banned. What makes the creators of these moronic tactics think this would entice me to BUY the paid service?
DO NOT INSTALL THIS! Trust me! Use uBlock Origin or a different ad blocker that lets you work in peace.
This pop up baloney has finally happened one too many times. I actively sought how to review this, and will also be reporting its false and deceptive tactics.

Daily updates and begging for money in pop-ups is not my idea of an ad blocker

I love it it is so great not to be bothered with ads

I've used the free version for a year and just signed up to pay $20/year, which is a pittance to pay for being able to use the web with no autoplay video ads, no banner ads, no ads whatsoever. I find the autoplay video ads, in particular, to be unbearably intrusive. And for $20 *a year* I don't have to see them. Thank you!!!

This is a total scam does not do what it proclaims to do. I lodge my complaint and requested that they cancel the account and a give me full refund. They did everything within their power to persuade me not to cancel what I thought to be a yearly subscription which turned out to be monthly. They offered several reductions in the fee, several three months. I insisted that I wanted a full refund and to cancel the account. They cancelled my subscription but failed to give me a refund as promised. Then they bombard you with emails asking you to reinstate your account Total and outright scam
I paid for Adblock Premium. However, I regularly (every day or two) find that it reverts to the free version. I have to go through the process of "Upgrading" and then select I have already upgraded, put in my Paypal email address, wait for a new verification code, enter the code and then set all the options I want to use.
I contacted Customer Service (ticket 263916) and was told that developers are working on a fix but no estimated fix date. Can I have a refund - no, I can't, apparently.
Wasted my money
