A good COVID PCR for Travel service going out. Not too far away and reasonable cost. Disappointing they 'did not support' the change to easier, cheaper & more convenient Lateral flow on return.

Absolutely shocking and unprofessional approach to customers and services the counter staff was lovely, but the ear specialist has a very negative approach and a can’t be bothered attitude, from the moment he greeted me he couldn’t be bothered i went into a consultation room, hoping it wasn’t the clinical area as it was unkept, dirty floors that hadn’t been cleaned and swept in a while.. he looked in my ears and said you will just have to come back, even thou I’d done the prep work and booked in for a cleaning service.. also had the cheek to charge £5 for this horrendous customer service will not go back or Reccomend I will report to CQC too.

The address of my house was wrong I…
The address of my house was wrong I told the guy prior to my pcr test he asked me to put a line through the number 1 which I did so it read 6 instead of 16 which I did he said he would correct the mistake on the system. HE DID NOT DO This so when I got the corvid pass it was wrong and I had to have a replacement emailed to me. This caused a delay in completing the arrivecan system which I only had a few hours to complete in order to fly to Canada. Very stressfull!

Very professional service from Sajeel and his team at NHL Pharmacy. My family and I have used NHL for PCR tests on numerous occasions in the past 12 months. Each time the service was excellent. Results received earlier than expected meaning we could start preparing for our holiday earlier without a cloud over our heads. Price was great and the service was faultless. I would highly recommend NHL for your PCR testing.
