Nice sign unfortunately the lexan all cracked just beyond the 2 year warranty. Nothing against the manufacturer as that's their warranty. Just note that the outdoor rating seems to last about 2 years before it will start cracking. The neon works fine but it looks terrible with all of the cracks. Good for 2 years it seems then you'll need to order another one. Just had to throw mine out because it's just over 2 yrs old and looks like junk.

Please kindly understand that our neon signs come with a two-year warranty, which is already longer than what most companies offer—many brands only provide a one-year warranty. Your order was placed over three years ago, which is unfortunately beyond our warranty period.
Just like purchasing a piece of clothing—after wearing it for several years, it’s normal for some wear and tear to happen, and it's not standard for a store to replace it for free after such a long time. Similarly, for products like customized neon signs used outdoors, their lifespan can be affected by environmental conditions, and we’re not able to offer free replacements after the warranty period has passed.

Great support and perfect timing for arrival
We were looking to place the order 9 business days before we needed the sign for an event (and shipping said it'd take 10-13 business days) and emailed asking if it was possible to expedite. They got back immediately saying not to worry that they'd speed up and do it in time. We placed the order and it arrived in perfect time! And it looked great at the event. Highly recommend!

Very happy customer
I submitted a few request for quote on a few different sites for a custom neon sign of our logo. This company responded with mock design and pricing within hours. I was so impressed, they send an invoice and was able to pay easily. When there was a delay from the shipping company, this company replied to all my question in a timely manner. The neon sign is completely beautiful. Also the other companies I requested a quote from replied 1 week later, some didn’t even reply. So I will for sure order and recommend this company again. Very good sign, and very good service.
