Great service
The scaffolding I ordered was due in stock and when it was a day late they called me to let me know. It actually still arrived in the delivery window. The delivery guy was also very nice, phoning when he got lost.
Great price compared to others and good service. Product as expected, just what I needed.

Good after sales service received re damaged ladders.
I ordered ladders which were delivered by a courier service but found these to be damaged. I contacted the seller by email and attached a couple of pictures of the damaged and was told that the replacements would be sent and the damage ones collected which they were with no hassle. Haven't used the ladders yet but they look strong and ideal for the purpose I ordered them for.

We were unaware that your order had not arrived until we saw your review.
I've checked with Royal Mail, and the tracking shows that your item was delivered yesterday (Tuesday). It should have arrived on Monday, so we can see it was delivered around 24 hours later than expected.
We sincerely apologise for the delay. Unfortunately, on occasion Royal Mail deliveries can arrive later than expected, and we're not made aware of any delays unless a customer contacts us.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience.

Best in the UK for ladders
Amazing company who kept me up to date with an issue I had. They really couldn’t be any lovelier to deal with & their price point is the best around in the UK. Thank you from a very satisfied customer up in East Kilbride.

Delivery from courier was fine but that is all.
