Ladder's fine
Ladder's fine. Delivery time was OK too. What I was less impressed with was no information as to when the delivery would be and then the ladder was left on my doorstep as I wasn't in. Luckily I wasn't out for long or I would have probably returned to find it stolen.

The courier are advised not to leave items without a signature unless permission is requested from ourselves or the customer Unfortunately this driver decided to leave the goods with out checking . Obviously we will pass your concerns and ours to the customer care team at the couriers. But we are pleased that you are happy with your purchase and hope we can be of service again in the future

Very quick order and delivery 4 stars because the delivery company wouldn’t give anymore than a 12 hour window for delivery so you’re forced to stay in all day

Thankyou for your kind review. If the goods are delivered by our own transport we can give a time slot but unfortunately if we use a courier because of the type of goods we supply we are limited to which couriers we can use and they only offer daily tracking.

Amazing service. Ordered Sunday PM. Follow up phone call Monday to confirm delivery Tuesday and a 9am delivery on the Tuesday. Dont think I could have driven there myself to collect it in the same time. Brilliant. Great price too.

5 Stars for Globe
I have used Anita at Globe Ladders for 20 years. When we add new window cleaning vans, glode ladders is my go too. Recently we had a small A point ladder delivered, sadly it was damaged and a quick call to Anita. Couple of days later to courier company arrived with a replacement that was also damaged. Great customer service from Globe as Anita arranged for me to collect from there warehouse. Yes it was a 45min drive but I have a pristine ladder and a warm welcome. Yes I have also been back again recently for a double ladder.
Highly recommended family firm
