My reviews were always getting deleted. Staff are not friendly. They show little or no empathy. If you need to have payments reduced or looked at for hardship- you will have to get an agency behind you. Even after they have been dismissed from NZ by the commerce commissioner, they are still not towing the line. IE - I have 6300 left to pay, yet I have 60 weeks left,60 x 110 = 6600? and this is with all the interest and other items stopped in the background. AND the reduction of the gps from $11 to $4? well they are not passing on a savings of almost $500 to customers. Lets see how legal that is.

I am writing to review my road plan. My client number is 277303 ( Volvo QLS 978 ).
My registration expired 28. 08. 2024 and i just got my new registration 2 weeks ago.
I had 3 fines for driving an expired registration, so I have to pay $600.
I relied upon MY ROAD PLAN to send my registration on time before any one could go through what I have been through.
However, I'm asking to CANCEL MY ROAD PLAN as soon as possible.
Let me pay for my fines and ddo my registration on my own.

Go Car Finance is the worst finance company ever. I have had 2 customer service representatives that have been helpful. They set you up for my on road plan and include all these “benefits” but make it almost impossible to access any of them. If I could go back in time I would’ve never used Go Car.
