Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, frequently reporting them to be of poor quality and not matching the sizing advertised. Customers also encountered significant issues with the refund process, often being offered only partial refunds instead of full ones, and struggling to get a satisfactory resolution. Reviewers also found the return policy problematic, as the company often required returns to be shipped to China, despite the website suggesting a UK base, making the process difficult and costly. The website itself was a source of frustration for many, with some finding its appearance and information to be inconsistent or unclear.

Avoid this website at all costs

Avoid this website at all costs. Purchased an ArcTeryx jacket - when delivered it's a counterfeit, fake product from China. Their return address is also in China - so you can't return the item within the UK.

They advertise UK telephone number and address on the website but this is all a front - this is a Chinese website selling fake goods.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely avoid this company and make a purchase elsewhere. Over a month and no delivery, automated response saying will be shipped in 3-5 working days and then now no response.
Having to submit a claim through my bank. Please, please avoid and don’t make the same mistake I’ve made.

Pretty Dubious

I wouldn’t buy again from Golfaza for two reasons.

Firstly, when my ASICS trainers turned up they were slightly small - this is despite my having bought ASICS for years and finding the fit true to size. When I tried to return them I was offered, ultimately, a 40% discount which failing I could return them to China at my own cost. The web site has an English address so I didn’t suspect this in advance. Google listed the site alongside well known retailers so I was gulled by this.

Secondly the fact that their operating model starts off heavily discounted and then offers a further 40% leaves me wondering whether the trainers are actually true ASICS or knock offs. I’m uncertain about this and certainly not qualified to pronounce.

Same experience as others

Same boat as others. Ordered a jacket, the item arrived a lot later than I thought it would for a uk store. On arrival it didn’t meet the description or look like the listing on line. Requested a refund and the AI generated response keeps mentioning fit, I’ve never once mentioned fit. They have now offered 50% refund or ship to China. So I asked for refund , still waiting.

Is the jacket fake? Probably, never known a store offer 50% discount and tell you to keep something. I’ve also reported to action fraud.

Counterfeit goods, rubbish quality, can’t get my money back

I ordered ASICS Kayonos because they were the best price I could see online. I’ve tried them on previously so I know what they feel like and they are definitely fakes :( SO uncomfortable and way too small. They said I could ship them all the way back to their China return address at my own cost and then they’d refund me, great… sucks that they haven’t been shut down yet. I’ll keep them for now as evidence so I can report them for selling counterfeit goods and let’s see if I ever get my money back from them!

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. It’s a scam.
They are based in china and sell fake clothing. I paid for express service and one pair of shorts I ordered arrived over 2 weeks later. They kept trying to offer a percentage as a refund and refused to let me return the shorts for a full refund.
I have shared their full details with the police and they’re doing a full report so hopefully they’ll be closed down.

If I could give no stars then that would be my rating. This company are definitely not set up to cope with overseas sales. I am not sure if the clothes were fake - the process to return was shambolic and I am still waiting for a refund which I feel I will be lucky to get . All in all appalling- avoid like the plague - wish I had read reviews and I would be £140 better off !! Have reported to credit card company in the hope that they can help. Shame as some satisfied customers- so its annoying when it goes so wrong

Do not buy from this website #####Fake…

Do not buy from this website #####Fake ##########

If only I had looked this company up before I ordered my trainers.

Ordered trainers thinking was authentic and was based in London.

Trainers arrived, 2 weeks later, tracking stated lots of different depots, lots of different agents to deliver and finally came via Royal Mail. The bag they were in had an address is Cannock (this turned out to be a delivery depot).

Trainers didn’t fit, looked fake, label was dodgy and smelt like rubber/plastic, some parts of the packaging had Chinese writing on it and just didn’t look authentic.

returns policy states to email.

So explained too small and asked how to return, also explained they don’t look genuine and are fake and wanted a refund.

Received email to say keep them and get 30 % refund.

This is when I googled them and saw the awful reviews.

Rang number on website which is a mobile answer phone service.

Googled London address and its meeting rooms you can hire, not a business.

I once again emailed them explaining that I did not believe they are genuine, all the issues that I have with them and asked again how I could return them for a full refund.

They emailed again stating to keep them for a 50 percent refund.

A further email to them and they have now given me an address

Return Address:
212-202, Chunjiang Garden Phase II
Dongting Town, Xishan District
Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China
Post code: 214101

Googled searched this and it couldn’t find it ?

I have reported to my card provider and hope I can get the money back under a purchase dispute.

I have also reported the company to Action Fraud.

Scam scam scam

Scam scam scam. Had the same experience as others. Ordered Asics shoes and the ones that arrived are clearly fakes. Wish I would have read these reviews earlier.
Sizing was totally off and were all glued together. Requested a refund and they then they tried to offer a 30% refund then 40% and then said I could return to them an address in China (they pretend to be a UK store). Had to get a refund through my credit card.

Fake Hoka Bondi 9 delivered.

I ordered a pair of Hoka Bondi 9 from them, but a fake pair were delivered. They are easy to identify as fake as they are smaller than they should be, have glue marks around the sole and the inside sole material is not that used by Hoka. I have emailed them, but doubt I will get a reply. Buyer beware!

Chinese scam website

Chinese scam website. The 5 star reviews are fake, they have mobile phone farms where multiple devices generate fake 5 star reviews. The timings of the reviews are off. I just wanted new asics trainers and this website came up on google shopping, 100% fake and they just keep replying with partial refund emails when you request to return and then when you decline these they stop replying. The website seems so convincing and they even offer Apple Pay etc which makes it appear soo genuine. Do not get scammed by this company pay that extra and get genuine authentic products.

Life Lesson - Avoid!

Life lesson, check Trustpilot reviews before ordering, the trainers I recieved were way too wide and not true to size, I contacted them several times and was offered partial refunds if I kept them, or i could return them to China at my cost for a full refund (which is unlikely to appear given their behaviour). Scam company, avoid at all costs, i am now in the process of claiming back my money via my card provider, will also report to trading standards, so annoying and kicking myself for not checking the reviews first.

Absolutely thought I made a mistake…

EDIT
THESE ARE 100 PERCENT FAKES.!!!!!Absolutely thought I made a mistake when ordering from them before I had a chance to check on here. To be fair how wrong I was. Got them delivered within 3 days and there are 100 percent not fake. They came in the real box all marked up and labelled all correctly and the brand new smell of a shoe, not some warehouse smell . Tried to return them and they offered me 50 percent refund. Paid through Klarna so have reported it and they won’t be getting a penny

I bought a pair of running shoes on June 21st. (10 days ago)
Still no tracking number, not even in transit. I have written to them 4 times and no reply. I will shortly be taking action with my credit card company.
I believe the company to be a scam.

No Question - This is a Scam!!!

THIS SITE IS A SCAM - I can only assume that positive reviews are because the reviewers may not know they have been scammed.

Brand goods they sell are counterfeit. If you don’t believe me, ask them - they will not formally deny as this will be further evidence of intent to defraud. They are sold at a price that’s about 10-20% below other retailers - enough discount for you to buy from them but not too much that you would challenge the authenticity of the product. The company is registered in the UK, however it is only when you buy that you be one aware that goods are comping from China (they send a dodgy tracking number from Yodel, etc. that will make you think it’s, but when you dig into it it doesn’t work). When the goods arrive you’ll notice they are fake if you ever had a product from that make, or it will be the wrong size because it’s not legit. They will then tell you that you that they will refund 50% or 80% of the cost and you can keep the product. You will think this is a win, buts not - it’s what they were counting on as the counterfeit product too way less to make. Everyone knows that mark-up on non-luxury brand clothing/footwear is low, no reputable brand will do this - cheaper for them to pay for the return and resell the item.

Unfortunately they got me. I am working with my bank to get my money back. I am also actively trying to get Trading Standards and Google Ads to deal with this fraudulent company accordingly.

There is a reason the comments on the comments on their instagram are turned off….

BEWARE!!

Company is not based in the UK. I received a fake product in the wrong size and they refused a refund - they would only agree to a return to China which would have cost over £30. Dishonest sellers, don't waste your money!

Avoid this company

They Sent the wrong size shoe. They Have offered me a partial refund and keep shoes that dont fit me.

Turns out they are based in Beijing and are demanding I return shoes to Beijing to obtain a full refund at my own shipping cost. Disgraceful. UK online selling rules clearly state the seller must pay and organise collection when they not fulfilled the agreed contract. Yet I get this……

Thank you for your message.

We’re sorry the jacket wasn’t quite right. You’re welcome to return it for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return Address:
212-202, Chunjiang Garden Phase II
Dongting Town, Xishan District
Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province
China
Post code: 214101

We recommend using tracked shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund promptly.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Fake goods beware

Make no mistake about it, this is a company selling fake goods from making you think its a legitmate uk company, it is defintely not. It has a registered address from a meeting room in London and a contact telephone number that never gets answered or the messages returned.
Having been to many fake markets and I know a fake when I see one and the goods I received reminded me of many haggles in streets with stuff 4 sizes too small !
They come in cheap non branded plastic bags and as sure as eggs are eggs they are fake.
I asked for a return but they are offering discounts not to return and eventually they have sent me a return address in Jiangsu china which we all know is not feasible to return and even if I did I am 99% sure I will never get a refund. Do not use these scammers, Trading standards have been informed.
