I have never encountered such a shockingly unprofessional and dismissive customer experience. I ordered a pair of trainers from Golfaza and received the wrong size. From the moment I raised this issue, I have made over twenty separate attempts via email to return the item and receive a full refund. Each time, my clear, lawful request was met with copy-and-paste style replies offering a partial refund (they started at 10% ans we are now at 50%) and suggesting I "just keep the item" rather than return it.

Let me be clear: the item sent was the wrong size and not as described, and I do not want to keep it. Despite quoting UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitle me to a full refund and return postage for incorrect items, the company has repeatedly ignored their legal obligations and failed to provide return instructions or any means of resolution.

This pattern of behaviour is not just unethical, it's unlawful. I have now been left with a product I didn’t order, no refund, and no genuine response from their so-called "Customer Service." If you value your rights as a consumer or expect basic honesty from a retailer, avoid Golfaza entirely.

I am in the process of filing a chargeback and reporting the company to Trading Standards. Buyers beware, this business model appears to rely on delay, evasion, and pressuring customers to give up their rights.

Scam company. I asked them a question about a product. Reply simply said 'check the website'. I replied that obviously I had. I got an email apologising profusely, saying they were sorry I wasn't happy with my order but they'd give me a 30% discount. I told them to read the email thread, that I'd only asked a question. They came back offering me a 40% rebate on the order I hadn't made!. Clearly a sham Chinese company with no UK operations. I question whether the goods are authentic too....

I got scammed.

Found the site using search engine, £100 for a pair of Asics trainers.

Took longer than expected to arrive. Too small so I emailed to ask if I could return to their shop for a replacement.

They didn’t respond to the first two emails. Then after the 3rd email they said they’d give 30% off if I kept them. Didn’t seem to understand they were too small so I needed replacement size. Then offered 40% discount.

I bought a new pair from Asics directly. The box and wrapping were different. Font on box different. Patterns on the shoe were a different material than the real Asics ones.

I checked out the address on their website and it’s a warehouse- looking building in London. Not a store.

Then they said I had to post to an address in China for a refund.

Fortunately credit card company gave me a refund.

Do not use this company.

Got to back up all other 1 star reviews on here , I have now had the same experience and am Now getting e mails stating they will refund 30% , but I have not received the item at all
Have now got on to my bank to try and get this money back. Disgusting how these companies can trade and should not have to investigate every company before ordering online

Purchased an Arcteryx jacket for it to turn up as a fake! Too small and the quality is awful! Emailed them and like everyone says I’m getting the same AI response from them that everyone else is getting. Asked for a full refund/return and have been left without a response.

Please save your money and don’t bother with this “company”

They sell fake items, have insanely long shipping times even if you do express delivery, refuse to give you a full refund, they keep trying to give me a 30% refund. Their customer support is awful and I believe they use AI (ChatGPT most likely) to respond to any emails, which feels frustrating. They are scammers.

Additional Note: All positive reviews on here are fake! You will see some duplicate reviews which are identical. From different people. Lots of the reviews are also given at the exact same time which is unnatural. Do not trust this company at all

Fraudulent company. The address is not legitimate, they are in China not London. I asked them to give me their company registration number and they responded saying that they are refunding me, this was not what I asked. They have also not refunded me, its just delayed tactics. I've reported them to my CC company as scammers and fraudsters and asked my money be refunded by my CC provider instead.

Bought a jacket for family and the size it’s too small and short, requested to return but the team Golfaza asked me to keep it and will give me 50% refund, since it’s no use for us so I requested to return the jacket and, I was told I need to return to China but I’m currently in the UK. This hasn’t been mentioned when purchasing. I chased up as this is not reasonable trade. I need a uk return address but the company just ignore my email. This is very frustrating.

Ordered a pair of trainers, they are clearly fake, took a Month to be delivered, turned up not in a box. When questioned I got the standard response of 30% refund.
Noah Nathani is the name registered to the business considering this is set up as a limited company I'm sure it won't be long before they file for bankruptcy, everything on the website is fake, don't be fooled.

Poor goods (look fake) even though we ordered the same size as every other legitimate Lindeberg top, it doesn’t fit and I can’t return. Keep getting offered a discount to keep it, but why would I when it doesn’t fit and poor quality?
I’ve also asked to return it for a full refund, but even though they are stated as in Covent Garden, they want it returning to China at my expense…. Be warned..

Non genuine seller shipping non authentic products directly from China which is why the delivery takes forever. Avoid at all cost. Seller is not responding to my emails to return the product.

I contacted this seller before placing an order to confirm whether the trainers were genuine Hoka. They assured me they were 100% original. However, when I received the trainers, they were clearly fake and of poor quality — obviously counterfeit and made in China. In fact, a Chinese factory receipt was even left inside the box.

I immediately contacted them to arrange a return, but they refused to accept it. Their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive.

I strongly advise anyone who is considering buying from this seller to think twice. Save your money and avoid the disappointment — this seems like a scam operation.

Ordered a pair of shoes, arrived and they were too small. Made contact to discuss how to return them after the website states hassle free returns and hassle free is the polar opposite of what it’s been so far. Keep receiving auto emails offering me 30% refund or a 40% refund. Very much a joke when you want to return something and have to keep requesting your full money back.

A very weird shopping experience, but actually worked out ok. Website looked legit and so I took a punt and ordered a pair of ASICS running shoes that were a fair bit cheaper than other sites. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. Got a dispatch notification and a tracking number, and for three weeks it just said "in transit". I started to worry, came on here and saw all the reviews saying the website was a scam. I emailed Golfaza and got some computer generated reply offering me a 30% discount. Then started to worry more. Replied, and got another offering me 40% refund. At this point, I was writing off the whole thing to experience and thinking I'd lost my money. Then, out of the blue, the trainers finally turned up yesterday. They are definitely not fake. I probably wouldn't order with this company again because it was all very weird and definitely isn't a UK company - everything is dealt with, shipped etc from China. But, if you're not in a hurry and happy to deal with very odd customer service, it's worth a punt.

Ordered a J Lindeberg polo shirt. It’s a poor fake. Stitching on the collar is poor. It’s missing a logo on the neck and the arm print is damaged. Also, the sizing is off. I contacted them but no reply. Avoid these merchants as they are just peddling fake goods.

I ordered asics shoes, received wrong size and also received a counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized copy.

Wish I had read the reviews of others! If it looks to good to be true it probably is!!!

Ordered a premium outdoor jacket, took weeks to arrive, strange for what is advertised as a UK company.

Jacket arrived in a plain polythene bag, not something the manufacturer would supply in. Immediately questioned legitimacy, stitching poor, materials poor, wrong labels on product, much smaller than other jackets I have from same manufacturer. Even if the product was genuine it was falsely advertised as being a better specification. Contacted manufacturers counterfeit team.

Contacted GOLFAZA to return on grounds of size and not matching specification, completely unprofessional one sentence replies, stating they would offer large discounts to just keep the item, explained multiple times it was not suitable.

Eventually given a return address for a warehouse in China, when questioned on this got the same unprofessional replies.

Now connected bank and hoping to receive monies back through this.

Update: Email received from manufacturer confirming this is a a fake product!
