Bad, terrible experience, if the application is online , why this “co-organization” is asking that customers print forms and send it back. Before you realize it’s a fraud, this “co-organization” had take out your money and then refuses any inquiry or complaint. Just my bank could help me to get my money back. This app is a fraud…☹️

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how my passport application has been handled. Your advertisements promised to make this easier, but it has been a nightmare.
I am submitting this complaint regarding the handling of my passport application and the significant delays, lack of communication, and administrative obstacles I encountered throughout the process.
When I submitted my application, my driver's license had approximately three months remaining before expiration. I carefully followed the instructions provided and uploaded all requested documentation, including a passport photograph. To ensure compliance with the requirements, I obtained the photograph from a highly rated professional business that specifically advertised passport photo services and guaranteed compliance with passport standards.
Despite this, your online system repeatedly rejected the photograph. In one instance, the system uploaded the image sideways and generated objections that prevented me from proceeding. As a result, I was forced to retake and resubmit the photograph multiple times. Ultimately, I had to stand much farther away from the camera so that the system could recognize the outline of my body before it would accept the submission. After overcoming these technical issues and successfully resubmitting all required materials, I received no indication that any further problems existed with my application.
More than a month passed without any meaningful communication, notification of deficiencies, or request for additional information. During that time, I reasonably believed my application was being processed. Only after I proactively contacted your office did I learn that my photograph had apparently been rejected again. Had I been notified promptly, I could have corrected the issue immediately.
I was also informed that my birth certificate and supporting documents were not accepted because actual copies were required. However, the documents I submitted were certified original documents. If there was a specific issue with the format, quality, or method of submission, that information should have been communicated to me when the issue was first identified rather than allowing the application to remain unresolved for an extended period.
As a direct result of these delays and the lack of timely communication, my driver's license is now only days away from expiration. I am being told that I must first renew my driver's license and then repeat portions of the passport application process, including obtaining and submitting a new photograph and potentially resubmitting documentation. This additional burden and expense were entirely avoidable had I been informed of the alleged deficiencies when they were first discovered.
The only outreach I received was a voicemail that was difficult for me to understand, and no meaningful follow-up was provided to ensure that I understood the issues affecting my application or the steps necessary to resolve them. Throughout this process, I have been left to uncover and address problems on my own rather than receiving the level of communication and assistance that applicants should reasonably expect.
The central issue is not that corrections were ultimately required. The issue is that those concerns were not communicated in a timely manner. Had your office notified me promptly, my driver's license would not now be on the verge of expiration, and I would not be facing the prospect of repeating substantial portions of the application process through no fault of my own.
I respectfully request a formal review of this matter, including the delays in communication, the handling of my submitted documents, and the functionality of the online submission system. I also request that reassignments, corrections, or reviews to the administrative staff be considered in light of the fact that the complications I am now facing resulted from procedural delays and communication failures rather than any refusal or failure on my part to provide the required documentation.
This has been a huge waste of time, money, and just heartbreaking for me because I wanted to go traveling for my birthday, but now I am unable to.
