First Class

Called out for emergency on a Sunday and they turned up within 30 mins. A few hours later and repair completed. Professional and friendly service . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone

Returning customer for perhaps the 10th time??

I have used Grand Union many times and always for my annual boiler service. This time I had a problem with noisy pipework and high water pressure. Marco arrived early, and while he didn't completely solve the issue, he did identify the cause which is something I can do myself. Highly recommend

Amazing work as always

A courteous txt message to say when the driver is on his way, the engineer arrived exactly on time , work van was clean and tidy , engineer was also clean and tidy an very well presented , showed his ID did the work very quietly always a pleasure to deal with can’t say anything bad at all

A 5 star experience

A 5 star experience. We had full electric heat pump central heating system installed, a very big job! Mitch and Connor were fantastic. They fully explained the process, took every precaution to look after the house and finished the job to highest quality. We are very happy with the result.
