Green Eco Energy 

Called a couple of times. Asked what company they were calling on behalf of & phone went dead! Pretty sure this is a scam.

21/10/21 yet another call from Simon. Same as all other comments really. Same code but different number. Don’t give them any information about yourself including age group. Scam!

Yes, the guy has called a few times. My reply is usually the same who ever calls.
They say blah blah blah in your area and my reply is, what area's that then. This guy is a robot, but the others keep saying in your area and we go round and round till they hang up. This morning I asked this guy where abouts The Green Eco Center was in South West London.....Phone went dead.

Same, friendly young chap, Chris offering me roof insulation!
I think this was a robot cold call, as it kept repeating the question and randomly answering 'that is correct' when i asked it random questions like are you a banana?
It really worries me how many people will be taken in by this.

I received a call on 19/10/21 from a 'Tom' saying my recently installed eco loft insulation will cause damp and that I could have a free survey and if damp was found, which I'm sure they would, I'd could then have it sprayed over with a foam to stop the damp. When I explained it was a listed building and not allowed his awful foam he hung up on me.

We just had a call from Chris!
Selling Loft insulation. He wouldnt say where he got our number from and didn't know my name!!
The Tel Number he used was 01202159706 then a associate called 5 mins later on a mobile 07423639747! Definately a SCAM.

Cold call by Chris. Offering me advice on my loft insulation. I suggested Chris may be able to other work to make better use of his time.

My Aunt just received the exact same 18/10/21. Unsolicited call from Green Eco Centre and after asking for surname their surveyor will call in 30 mins! Asking for age 50-85 or over 85.

Cold call on 17/10/21 from "Chris" from Green Eco Centre. London. Cagey and pushy, and when I asked how he got my details, he said he was new at this job and his manager will phone me back to answer my questions etc. He kept asking questions about my loft insulation. I had to terminate the phonecall. (when he said they were completing their survey of my area I should have asked him to identify my area - missed that one!) entirely unwelcome and unwholesome phonecall. Cold calling.

Please could you date these reviews. The number of days ago is meaningless without the date of your last review of the comments.

I found no Green Eco Energy when I googled it just other variations of the name. Seems Chris uses a number of different numbers when he calls. Is this actually being investigated instead of just gathering more and more similar comments. His behavior could cost vulnerable customers dear.

I'm one of many by the look of it, who has had the irritating call from 'Chris' of the 'Green Eco Centre, London.' Was wondering if he was trying to publicise some government grant, but it was soon clear that he wasn't. I was told I could have a free survey after the soft scaremongering about my loft insulation being a problem. O Yipitty doo. He never asked me if I wanted the survey or not, just trying to get personal details out of me, which being an awkward cynic, I wouldn't give him. Please 'Chris' try and get a proper job, some decent work?

I have also just had a call from "Chris" of "Green Eco Centre". Same pattern as previous review and I terminated the call after he had asked me to spell my surname 4 times whilst refusing to answer my own questions to confirm his validity

I too have just had a call from Chris. When I tried to ask questions he simply talked over me. Must have asked me my age 10 times. When I asked for his managers name, he said he was new to this job. A clear scam, pushy and unpleasant.

Man called Chris has called twice from very similar numbers, same as others claiming to be from Green Eco Centre. When I asked where he got my unlisted number he hung up!

Exactly the same as others in this thread. Kept on about a survey and condensation & mould from the loft insulation. Fortunately I asked him for the name of his company, and asked him to hold whil;e I googled it. Found all the responses here and promptl;y disconnected. Thanks to the others here for sharing their experience. Certainly helped!

Obvious from a call centre. 01202 159683. Just been called by English bloke Chris from Green Eco Centre in London. Asking about whether I had had my insulation checked as the old sort could cause damp etc. I asked him several times what company he was working for but just repeated spiel until asking a final time & he put phone down. Obvious scam from the
start. I will report to TPS.

Oh no, so glad I've just checked the company name out on here. I've just now had a call from Chris! Exactly about what everyone's saying on here. I'm good with scams but didn't think this was till now. Dont know what they're getting from this?? His number was 01202 159695. He said he's from Green Eco Centre in S.W London but code is Bournemouth. He said he's hard of hearing & asked me to spell my surname! Asked if I was 50 to 80 or over 80! I now stupidly gave him my mobile to phone as we don't use landlne! 'The surveyor in our area is now calling me back within 30 mins!! I wont answer the phone!?
I just phoned the number and it came up 'you were called by the digital marketing company at 9.17 etc' I just phoned it again and it says 'the service cannot be connected'!

Missed two calls from a Bournemouth number, I answered it today and it was Chris. Judging by the previous reviews, Chris is quite a busy bloke.
Some nonsense about loft insulation and mould however I’m about 250 miles away from Bournemouth. I just hung up, it was well scripted, so I’ve put the company forward for an Academy Award nomination.

I have had a call from someone called Chris who has been ringing from Bournemouth twice a day although he says he is based in South London. Always has a slightly different number. Most of the time I hang up straight away but today I got the company name out of him. Seems to be some sort of loft insulation scam aimed at the over 50s. I told him I have reported to TPS so hopefully they will go away.
