Green Eco Energy 

This is by far the worst experience I've had switching suppliers to Green through Look After My Bills.
It's been 4 weeks since i started the process and Green have taken £31 from my bank account, I've had 2 emails from Green saying my switch is cancelled, so how does that justify taking money from my bank account when the switch is cancelled, I've got Multiple people from Look After My Bills saying everything is ok but how can it be.
I am getting so frustrated with this situation, and i wish i had never started the switching process as both parties are telling me different things.

If Green wants to tell me through Trustpilot why I'm getting conflicting information then all the better.

They get you in with a good rate, then after a year put me on highest tariff which doubled our bill. It hidden in fine print that after a year you need to negotiate a new deal, so partly my fault, but to put you on highest tariff is just sneaky. Have signed up for Help My Bills so this never happens again. No benefit from loyalty anymore.

Friendly, thorough and efficient response on the telephone

Fantastic Service today .. I had made an error myself in giving details and this was sorted IMMEDIATELY ...The online chat service is so usefull, and I had a copy of the transcript sent to me via email. My first experience of the company .. so keeping my fingers crossed that it stays like this. Rates were best I could find on my search, so at the moment this company has my full recommendation.

I have joined today. Unable to finalise opening the account via email so telephoned the help number which was answered relatively quickly. Application taken via the telephone. Josh - the company sales advisor - deadly with there application in a friendly and efficient manner.

Had the insulation fitted not sure if it is worth it yet. I think I paid to much. Never accept the first inflated price they offer you. They moved very quickly to install before you change your mind.

The staff at Green are very friendly and made me want to stay with them once again. There customer service are friendly and get you the best deal.. Thank you Evan for all your help... I would give Evan a raise. He is a credit to his company.

Tony from Green Eco Energy provided an excellent end to end service for our replacement boiler. Arriving when stated and cracking on with no faff! Leaving the place as he found it, albeit with a beautifully installed boiler and quality pipe work. Thoroughly recommended if you are like me and expect a contractor to deliver what they said they were going to deliver and not some approximation.

Very pleased and happy with service and installation of new boiler, all work carried out efficiently and in the time scale quoted. Polite and clean workmanship, I would definitely recommend Green Eco Energy.

We recently had a new oil fired boiler fitted by Tony and his apprentice at Green Eco Energy. From the outset we have been very pleased with the service we received. We were given sound advice regarding the choice and type of boiler, as well as a competitive quote. They were very reliable arriving at the stated time and doing a full day’s work. As we live in an older house the installation was not always straightforward however they were able to solve any problems that occurred quickly and efficiently. When the job was complete everywhere was left clean and tidy and all rubbish was removed. We now have a fully working boiler and a warm house ! Overall we would have no hesitation recommending Green Eco Energy.

Everything about dealing with Tony at Green Eco Energy was a pleasure and very easy. Tony was very easy to contact (via email in my case) and always replied in a very timely manner with exactly what I asked for, I even asked for an amendment to my quote (a new hot water cylinder) which was dealt with very quickly and all over email as he just wanted a picture of my present airing cupboard cylinder.
When it came to fitting my new system, Tony arrived on time, worked non stop and was extremely tidy. It was easy to see that he takes pride in his work.
I would really recommend Green Eco Energy to anyone as the service provided impressed me in every detail.

Job was discussed and questions explained. Options sorted. Job was started and completed on time. Tidy. All to cost. No problems.

Friendly and professional service. Boiler needed replacing, Mr Peace recommended a Worcester boiler which is great. Got a quote stating all work to be done including additional parts needed , have to say this was better than I anticipated. Was all ordered delivered and fitted within 4 working days. And price on quote was price we paid , there was nothing extra. Have recommended to friends already.
