I have been using Greengeeks for many years. What impresses me the most is the level of support I get every time. The technical support staff at Greengeeks solve my issue every time. As a non-technical person, this is extremely important.

The Support Team at GreenGeeks has been very responsive to a couple technical issues I've had with the email service....primarily "user error". They got me back up and running quickly and efficiently. Top notch service.

I adore Green Geeks. Every time I've had an issue either they've been able to solve it via the live chat, or the support person has opened a ticket to get it resolved. And it does get resolved quickly.

They do indeed plant trees, dont think it's greenwashing.
Excellent customer service, short waiting times. After next to no chatbot contact, you get to speak to a human expert.
I forgot to do a cronjob (backup) and site had a critical error, plus locked myself out of the c-panel. All sorted by support in 10 minutes - idiotproof 🤣

After following up regarding a significant renewal price increase auto charged on my credit card, GreenGeeks dropped my site without cause or notification. After I followed up, their Billing department said my site was "perfectly fine." GreenGeeks had restored my website after I filed a ticket about my site being taken down - though payment had been made. Not acknowledging the site was taken down is unethical. I have asked for a credit for the time the site was down.

5 stars because every time I've reached out, I've gotten a response within minutes. Big companies like this, I expect to be interacting with a ticket system, or on hold for 3 hours. No, I get a person in -- literally -- instants. Every single time.

I kind of want to dock a star for inadequate warning (48 hours) when our credit card didn't process, and they had to take the site down until we could update the card. But when I griped, they got right back to me, and of course my site was back up in seconds. So

It was easy to chat with staff, who quickly helped me resolve my issue.
