I forgot to do a cronjob (backup) and site had a critical error, plus locked myself out of the c-panel. All sorted by support in 10 minutes - idiotproof 🤣

After following up regarding a significant renewal price increase auto charged on my credit card, GreenGeeks dropped my site without cause or notification. After I followed up, their Billing department said my site was "perfectly fine." GreenGeeks had restored my website after I filed a ticket about my site being taken down - though payment had been made. Not acknowledging the site was taken down is unethical. I have asked for a credit for the time the site was down.

5 stars because every time I've reached out, I've gotten a response within minutes. Big companies like this, I expect to be interacting with a ticket system, or on hold for 3 hours. No, I get a person in -- literally -- instants. Every single time.
I kind of want to dock a star for inadequate warning (48 hours) when our credit card didn't process, and they had to take the site down until we could update the card. But when I griped, they got right back to me, and of course my site was back up in seconds. So
