I did not receive the gift you…

I did not receive the gift you promised. Most importantly, no one replied to my emails requesting the tax refund and I left the Netherlands without being able to redeem it, accordingly. This is so sad!

Great products

Great products - high quality cooking-ware. Were recommended by a few of our friends as we moved from Gas to Induction, and the set we bought is really well made. My only regret is that we didn't go for the bigger set (we went for a set of 3 pans-and-pots, and a 5 set would be better).

It’s been 15 days

It’s been 15 days, and I haven’t yet received my pans. When I contacted customer service they sent me an email which said “ we are very busy, we may take up to 15!!! Business days to get back to you”.

They sent my order incompletely

They sent my order incompletely. I sent an e-mail twice in a week. There was no answer. No answers or help about what will happen. Terrible experience. I do not recommend shopping.

Very low quality

Lowest quality specially for that price. Sad thing is, I bought something like 6 pieces of them.
Too bad I cannot attach some photos from all my pans after each use here.
Remember when I was buying them, the seller told us they are all produced in one piece. So, it is not possible that the surface of them going to be damaged.
It happened the first month when we used one of them. We decided not to use the rest until our renovation. After we renovate our kitchen we were happy to use the rest of the set in the new kitchen.
Stupid idea! We should return the whole set after our first usage.

Update after their response here:
I sent an email to their customer service as they mentioned the same day and I didn't receive any response in my email after 6 days.

Completely disappointed

Completely disappointed. I ordered pans but have not received yet. I tried to reach out to the company but I could not get neither help nor explanation. I have no idea where the pans are and when they will be delivered.

The pan is not non stick

The pan was delivered very promptly. Communication was good too. I have had the pan for over 2 months now and I feel very disappointed with it. I did a lot of research as I am very concerned about PFAS, hence I ended up thinking that this pan was the best non stick non PFAS one. Everything I have cooked in it sticks to the pan. I ended up doing a controlled experiment. I fryed an egg in exactly the same way with my green pan and a tefal non stick pan as well. The egg in the green pan stuck and was a mess when flipping. The tefal pan did not stick and was easy to flip. I paid quite a lot for this pan and feel disappointed.

Comment update

Recently I wrote about the support requests were lost in space, and GreenPan both replied from here and got in contact with me personally. Thank you for this. It appears because of the order traffic, it took more than promised to reply to customer emails. Anyway, they offered me a solution for my order, and solved my problem. I ordered a set of pans, a grill pan and a toaster and now I am happy with all of my purchases.
