The pan set is good. But unfortunately, I made a complaint weeks ago about one of the glass lids and never received a reply. Good product but bad service.

I bought two craft pans, they are non-stick as advertised. Although the handle is made of metal and ovenproof it is not getting too hot when used on stove, big + for that.

The delivery was very quick. Design is chic and the sizes are practical, meeting all my expectations so far. Hope the quality remains good by time.

I won’t receive the set of pan on time for Christmas and this disappoint me

Pans are great quality and durable but I was a disappointed to receive a set with wooden handles that weren't treated. With every wash and every cooked meal the handles get splinters and become unhygienic. I'm treating them myself but I'd expect this to be done at manufacturing and not pushed to the consumer. If it weren't for this, Greenpan would get a solid 4 stars (I recommend the brand to everyone)

I ordered non stick pans from the Andorra line. Within two weeks, one of pans coating was becoming extremely color stained, and was no longer non stick. The handle also became lose. The non-stick properties were lost in two other pans as well. I have contacted customer service 4 times, with no response what so ever. Extremely disappointed.

Bought direct from GreenPan but the ceramic coating started falling off within weeks. After a long fight, GreenPan replaced the pans- a refund was refused.

Given 2 stars as they did eventually agree to replace, but accusing your customers of damaging new pans and claiming that it won't matter if the coating falls off is not really the best way to go about customer service.

Terrible customer service and product. In 3 months time my pan has oil burns which they say are becuase of misuse and they will not even accept investigating the product if anything is faulty.

Agreeing with the more honest reviews. The marketing-talk does not align with the post-order experience. Customer service is bounced with an email-only wall - I feel like with a brand with quite expensive pans, their customer experience is absolutely poor.

I ordered and paid, but than got the message that the order wasn't made. Did pay though. It is a gift for someone and now I don't have a gift to give!

what they promote about the parts and what the quality they give doesnt match. i have ordered 2 parts, i can say those parts are sturdy, but the quality for cooking is not up to the mark. the food is easily burned out. once the food is burned out on pan, it doesn't go away when you clean it. i can say it is really hard. though they told me to heat the pan with little bit of dishwasher water and to boil it, but that process also not worked out.

I bought one of their pan (GreenChef) 2 years ago and the pan just dropped from the handle, which was really scary since we were cooking and moving the pan! Hopefully no one hurt and no damage in our house. We used their pan in standard condition all the time, no reason for it to break... Unfortunately I cannot upload photo on TrustPilot but imagine that the metal just broke from the inside (we only had 1 eggplant inside... so not heavy at all!).

We contacted their support to get information about quality and also to find out what they suggest since it's a product quality issue (not a problem of use). They were non-professional and told us to go to the supermarket (whereas warranty was expired). I was not expecting such a low-consideration whereas the pan costs 30+ euros and that our first intent at start was to buy quality (costly if needed) to not change pans every 2 years... haha it seems we failed.

We now avoid GreenChef & "The Cookware Company" :/

I ordered some pans from Green pan and after two weeks of waiting, I got a mail that I have received the order when I actually did not. Reached out to them and they processed a refund instantly without any explanation. Later I got a mail that my order was returned because I didn’t provide a house number. This is false because it is impossible to place an order without entering a house number. Also the confirmation they sent to me clearly states my house number. They are so negligent and quick to push blames on their customers.

The customer support person was very helpful and offered a replacement for a pan that had developed a problem. Thank you very much.

Ordered 6 pans and 2 of them arrived damaged (probably in transport).
Customer service was very quick to react and arrange a replacement.
The pans look beautiful and cooking in them is a really nice experience.
Would recommend them to everyone.

Pan was damaged when it arrived due to mishandling by the delivery company, but greenpan sent a replacement when I sent them a picture. They were very helpful.

The pan itself is very good. Eggs don’t stick. Now that I have one and I know it works, I will buy others.
