My girlfriend and I are due to be in Barcelona for next weekends match Barcelona vs Sociedad.... I have paid 270 euros for two tickets to be told my tickets have been "canceled" note the spelling error. This was after I received confirmation of my tickets to be delivered to my hotel. Has anyone else been refunded as this is what the email now states?

I purchased my tickets for my Real Madrid vs Bayern Game on the 12 of April 17 and today I get the email that my order had been canceled, where their online chat agents are Off Duty as stated on thier website while te email was sent at 1:30 pm the same day.
I booked hotel flight and a fortune to see this game for this sad ending just 6 days before te game where the prices had trippled now.
The Ironic part is that the sites name is guarantee tickets.
Stay Away from this Site ... Big Scam.

Spent nearly 400 euro on two tickets to the United vs West Brom match which I found out to be ridiculously over priced. Did not receive tickets. SCAM!!!!!

We bought tickets for the Man utd vs Everton game 4th April 2017 it was booked in February and we booked Manchester hotel and flights the company said that the tickets would be at the hotel the day before the match and today on match day they sent an email saying it was cancelled in which they spelled it canceled by the way, I have called and got no answer i will call next week when they think all is safe to scam again I have also learned that they are based in Cyprus I called the police station there to see are they aware of the scam but they were no help I will not stop till something is done I ask everyone to name and shame these scam artists

Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered 2 tickets back last October for Real Madrid vs Atletico on Saturday 8th April as a birthday surprise for my partner. I had contacted this company a couple of times via email as i was quite anxious when i received an email advising that tickets would be delivered to the hotel 24 hours in advance. I was assured several times not to worry and that tickets would be delivered 24 hours in advance to the hotel i was staying at.

Only today I received an email advising my order has been cancelled and the money will be refunded. No explanation as to why or when the money will arrive. This is utterly appalling service and i cannot believe this company is still trading.

One thing to note is that when i ordered back in October i did read the reviews and majority were fine, it looks like in the last couple of weeks it has gone bust. I would urge anyone to go elsewhere and do not even think of using these fraudsters.

We are now left with a trip to Madrid all booked and no game to go and see. unable to make contact with this company through telephone/email or live chat.

I bought tickets for my two friends....the went two days ago from Slovenia to Manchester because they are great fans of United. They said tickets will be at their hotel.....guess what'? NO TICKETS....they send email at 14.00 today that they are sorry they cant provide tickets!!1 TODAY??? GAME IS TODAY AGAINST EVERTON and my friends payed for flight, hotel and everything...and are in Manchester without tickets!! FU*K YOU GUARANTEE TICKETS!!!

Customer service number is disconnected, very skeptical.
Should you still want to order from their site, I'd try to reach them first.

Ordered and paid tickets for Arsenal - West Ham, not very hopeful that I will receive my tickets. Will update my review should they arrive.

Update1: as all the other reviews here, tickets did not arrive and where cancelled 23 hours before the match. Naturally, transportation & hotel was already booked. They're promising to refund my money but I'm not very hopefull. Will update again in two weeks if with whether or not any money was received.

Bad news , what do we do now ?

Not able to contact them for the last 8 days. Had bought 6 tickets for the El Clasico game (real madrid barcelona). Have no way to give them my hotel address. I am claiming this as a fraud. Please do not use this service at all.

I don't know what happened? I buy Liverpool ticket match on 5 April. I was live chat with them at the end on last month. Suddenly I can't contact them, even telephone, email, live chat, very disappointed, I think no miracle of this.......does anyone can shared how to got back my money or someone final received tickets?

I ordered two tickets for the match between Barcelona and Sevilla on 5th of april. At this moments I still haven't received any ticket. I tried to take contact them by mail, phone..but no respons from the other side. Seems that Guarantee Tickets is a fake company and that I will end up with a very disappointed son! This company is a SCAM. I ordered tickets to see Chelsea last weekend and had good comms from them during paying for the tickets and up to 6 days before the match but after that NOTHING and no way to get in touch with them by phone, email or live chat. These were for my sons birthday and we have been so badly let down. No phones work, no emails replied to - not even from the Head Company in CYPRUS - Akirma Ventures Ltd. We are now in a situation of trying to get our money back! But so far no reply and the London telephone number they publish does not work anymore. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have badly badly badly let us down and caused major disappointment and upset.

I ordered two liverpool tickets for my father's birthday on 20 february 2017. After that order I never heard from guarantee tickets again and I also couldn't get in touch with them. I send a lot of e-mails and tried to call them but they don't respond! They are a fraud! Never book tickets at guaranteetickets.com! You will get scammed. Now I have to tell my dad that our trip is canceled and his 50th birthday gift is of the table. Thanks to guarantee tickets. Please don't buy your tickets at guarantee tickets.

'Purchased' 2 tickets for Manchester United v West Brom. Tickets were supposed to arrive at our hotel upto 24 hours before kick off but still haven't arrived. Ordered Twitter Tickets for ManU vs. West Bromwich. Mail confirmation. Traveller to Manchester from Munich. No Tickets. No Customer Service available. Neither phone nor Mail. Don't.

Saw a game at the Emirates traveling from the US. Tickets delivered at the London hotel as expected. Good seats. Everything worked out. However, the process left me uneasy. Everything was done through email, with no possibility to call any one in the UK, if there was any issue. Fortunately, they came through and it all worked out. I was always concerned that in case they did not deliver and I had nothing waiting for me at the hotel counter when I checked in, I had no body to call and would be left high and dry. I will not try them again.
