Brilliant company!! Easy to contact and pleasant to deal with. First class equipment. The service engineers are always cheerful, knowledgeable, and leave no mess.

Having to store the parts for 4 days was inconvenient. If no garage, keeping indoors could be a hassle. Instalation was very good. The engineer, Julian, was polite, friendly & helpful. He left everywhere clean.Spent time explaining how to use the lift. The only downfall, the parking space is not suitable, as the chair can't be passed if you want to use the stairs. The lift itself is very good. We found that it is best left at the top of the stairs, when not in use.

Great company to deal with. Surveyor extremely thorough in assessing both site of stairlift and the elderly user. No high pressure selling, but a competitive price, a high quality product and a swift installation plus a 24 month warranty. All staff were caring and helpfull.

This is a company that really takes its business commitment so seriously from booking until installation they were excellent and I would wholeheartedly recommend them , they installed a stairlift and were so professional I was delighted with the service the fitter was a genuinely nice chap so accomplished and was only approx 2/3 hours at my home , I was kept informed regarding dates and arrival times etc by the superb friendly office staff , look no further than this company they liasion superbly on all aspects 👏

I live a significant distance from my mother and I arranged for a Handicare stairlift to be installed for my mother last year. The experience was painless and efficient.

She has had a small issue with the unit. But, this has been dead with promptly. I had a query on the initial warranty and a possible extended warranty. I left a call back request and the team responded within the hour via email & then by phone. They were polite, prompt & extremely help. which, considering my distance from my mothers home has put my mind at rest should there be other issues.

We requested an annual service 3 months ago. They phoned today to say they have " honoured " it because we reuuested the service while the stairlift was still in warranty. I pointed out that they havent honoured it yet. Apparently their engineer left and they had to train another. Then the new engineer left, which suggests there is an underlying issue in the company. We are not happy.

Friendly helpful service from start to finish. Survey visit was arranged quickly, information was given clearly and following our decision to order from Handicare, our stairlift was delivered and installed a week later. Great service.

Really rude customer services - and when I said I'd be relaying this to Trust Pilot I was accused of blackmail. All I wanted to know was how to arrange a service for our stairlift, I didn't deserve to be spoken to that at all.

Had a stairlift installed for my mother after an accident. Had several firms come and quote etc. Handicare were the only ones to check her size weight etc. All contact was excellent and the driver delivering the stairlift was excellent, checked everything and prepared it for the engineer to fit. Same again the engineer was superb. No issues would recommend.

From the start, contacting Age concern wit interest in having a stairlift. Meeting the surveyor & receiving the quotation & finally having the stairlift installed. All staff concerned/involved could not have been more helpful, polite & respectful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Having the stairlift in place has given me much more ease & most importantly allowed me to remain in my house. As well as keeping me safe & stop the fall up & down the stairs.
I have just had reason to request a visit from one of your engineers to come & rectify a small issue I had.
Again from first contacting the maintenance team & arranging a date for them to come out to the maintenance man fixing the problem in a very short time. Thy were all polite, informative, respectful & very god at the job. Thus giving me full confidence once again.

Quick efficient service.

I also like the fact that you can hire a stairlift for a period of time and not have to but one.
Installation was painless, engineers friendly and professional, any issues dealt with swiftly.

Handicare Stairlifts UK were quick to respond to my request for an assessment of the suitability of a chairlift in our home. Within a few days of our decision to proceed with selecting and fitting one, the AgeUK chairlift was installed. The fitters were helpful in explaining how to use it and we use it as much for carrying laundry or cups of tea as for sparing our rheumatic limbs.
