I'm still waiting for my package to be delivered and I was told that after 39 days, it will be returned to me in 60 days!!!! No refund No excuses!!!

I paid in full via HappyPost (Parcel Ref: 21411106, DHL JD014600012114656545). My package is blocked in Canada since May 16th, and the client has already been refunded via Etsy due to delay.
I have contacted HappyPost 3 times via the contact form and email — no reply at all. Social media also not working.
I now demand a refund or return shipment as the parcel is still in DHL’s hands and I followed all required steps.
Unacceptable for a paid international service.

do not recommend.
I shipped an item from France to Belgium and was very transparent as to the package dimensions and weight. After accepting the package, a few days later, I received an email asking for additional payment before carrying with the shipment. Will never use again.

I have used this company twice. Twice too many! I have lost one package to Morocco; and the second needs to be picked up at a depot in another city to the one intended in the Philippines. Neither were delivered to the addresses provided; on both occasions the tracking stated that delivery had been attempted and failed, and that the intended recipient was informed. This was not true. I therefore am unable to recommend this service as efficient or trust-worthy. Not worthy of one star.

Returned a parcel to America. It got there ok but is now on its way back, tracking said recipient was not there and would be delivered next day, it wasn’t re delivered and tracking wasnt updated after initial delivery attempt even though I asked several times so I can’t get a refund . I can’t get a straight answer as to why it wasn’t redelivered. I have just received my parcel back 4 months after it was posted and I had to get in touch with happy post to get it back to me , parcel has been opened and is now damaged and again I can’t get a straight answer from happy post I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company, I am around £80 out of pocket. I’m definitely NOT happy post

Customer service is responsive enough. I am still somehow concerned by the lack of visibility upon tracking. They advertise real time tracking bit nothing as such. Took a whole week between the drop off till it reached their airport warehouse, and zero update all the way. Their website clearly mentioned real-time tracking, the reality so far is way off. Using them is just causing stress and anxiety. Still stressed from the many feedbacks about lost parcels.
P S. I updated my feedback so far from 1 to 3 star for getting a rather reactive Customer Rep (Aya) who showed me my parcel was en route with a screenshot, but no guarantee it was my parcel, still no idea where my item is and it was an update from 3 days ago so I remain stunned by the lack of transparency on tracking updates. I will update to 5 should I receive the parcel on time.

I sent a parcel to China a month ago and Happy Post indicated it could take two weeks to get there. I cannot track the parcel as the tracking number merely tells me they have it on the day I sent it. I have written to customer services twice to ask for an update and although the email indicated that I would get a response in 48 hours I have received nothing. A request to the US parent company came back within a couple of hours just saying I should ask Happy Post. The parcel contains clothes than I’m sending back for a refund and I don’t know when to chase the recipient until I know the package has arrived.

revised 24/3
o/n N°792155 - hugely delayed
o/n N°19167467 - lost
o/n N°19078371- lost
Initially found the service good, but 3 out of our last 4 orders have been lost or badly delayed. Honestly it's not worth the grief and my customers are understandably annoyed.
Tracking updates are few and far between. I would love this service to work to offer customers a budget overseas option but I can't trust them anymore. My gut feel is that they can deliver within the time stated to nearby or high volume countries, but that's if the item even makes it through the (UK) EVRI network.
BTW Happy Post, my email address below is different to the one you have (info@ten****.com) but I'm not setting up a new trustpilot account to register this review.

I was not expecting to be delivered on time , but it was great experience. Thank you

No movement on my package for 6 weeks. I contacted Happy Post several times for updates/investigations, yet nothing was done. Only when I attempted to make a claim for lost post did they investigate. This took a week, before the package was supposedly found. It still hasn't even left the country! The receiptment no longer wants the package, and I have had to refund them. I'm £70.00 out of pocket, and stressed.
Update: It's been 10 weeks, and Happy Post are still asking me to wait, despite no movement on my parcel for over a month. Their policy states that claims can be made after 2 weeks past expected deliverey date.

This was a brilliant service. Evri delivered the parcel to Happy Post base in the UK who then sent it on to Australia. I was able to track the parcel all the way from my local post office to my client's door viewing all the places the parcel visited en route. At about 1/3 the price of Royal Mail this was an excellent experience. I was even able to talk to a contact by phone without waiting endlessly when I had a question at the start of the process. 5*

Went online to look for the cheapest post to send a parcel to Algeria and happy post came up !,
very easy to put details .
Dropped it on the 30th of January and on the 25th of February it’s been delivered to home destination
Very satisfied with the service and I will be sending more with them

Tread very carefully with this company. I returned an item to China on 15th January. To date this has not reached its destination. All attempts to get help from Happy Post have failed, nothing is happening and my latest emails are getting no response. My advice is to use more established parcel companies.

This is now ridiculous of this company that you people are not even replying to my emails regarding my parcel. On the 23rd of January, I submitted two parcels in Evri Point, and from that time until now, there is no sign of my parcel. This is literaly making me mad and crazy do you know how much mental stress am I going through. What a bullshit company; at least let me know the status of my parcel or tell me the procedure to ask for my parcel. You guys are driving me insane right now. I can't sleep due to stress. I am extremely concerned about my parcel; it contains expensive items, and I have also paid for insurance. What does this mean? Is this a fraud company or what? Why are you guys not responding to my emails? It's been more than a month now.
Can you understand my mental health is affected and I am suffering? Can you imagine this?
