I can't give zero stars so I kept it at this. I wanted to send a parcel with newborn clothes as a gift to my sister in Lebanon. I sent the parcel on Jan 15th and Happy post work with landmark global. It took two days to reach alleged warehouse. Then it was allegedly shipped. Two weeks go by and I don't hear from them nor did the tracking progress change. Ot did it reached it s destination on Happy post tracking webpage.
I complained only to find out that the parcel did not get delivered and that it would be returned to me. Despite the disgust and dismay I said Ok,.I learned le lesson not to use them again.
Except, it had beena month now and I still haven't received my parcel back to resend it and it that it would take up to 90 days to get it back... 90 DAYS.
This company is an amateur in the business and their customer service is lacking and excruciatingly slow.
Save you money, go with literally any other service and above all AVOID landmark global and any companies that work with them.
It is not worth the stress and despair they bring you

I sent a parcel to China with Happy Post in early August 2024, including all the required documentation – invoices attached twice on the outside and once inside the package. The recipient even provided an additional invoice. Despite this, the parcel has not moved for over six months and appears to be lost.
Thankfully, I purchased insurance to cover the full value of the goods, but Happy Post has refused to acknowledge the loss or allow me to raise a claim. Their customer support has been unhelpful, dismissive, and outright rude, showing no interest in resolving the issue.
For a company that promises reliability and protection through insurance, this experience has been beyond frustrating. I would not trust Happy Post with anything valuable, as they clearly lack accountability and customer care. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more professional courier service.
1 star is too generous.

They acted disgracefully. After holding onto my medical shipment for over 6 weeks (whilst misleading me that the parcel was in transit), they replied as below;
I'm unsure what compenstaion you would like? The shipping costs have already been refunded.
In regards to your package. It was not possible to send the package on the transport that was arranged. The package was held while we attempted to find an alternative route. As this was not possible we had to arrange a return for your package.

Had a parcel coming from the UK to Australia. Whilst Evri managed to lose the parcel before it got to happy post. Happy Post traced it, collected it and sent it out to us. The level of service was excellent and whilst the process had issues it was not the fault of Happy Post.

I sent a parcel to Ecuador on November 30, 2024 and till now it has not been delivered. It seems it has been lost!
The follow-up at Happy Post is very very bad, be careful if you decide to use their services.

Great delivery company but they use a very ultra budget terrible delivery firm for the UK delivery which I don't know how they are managing to mess this up I sent three packages every single one seems to be delayed over a week getting to a UK warehouse and then they managed to lose the third package in the UK before even getting to the international warehouse I will not be using this company again until they use a different shipping company. Meaning that all my packages were delayed over a month getting to the recipient.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spend a little bit extra to go with reputable companies such as DHL/UPS etc.
Sent a parcel to New Zealand back in November (13th). Was quoted an estimated delivery time of 6-8 working days. Parcel still not delivered 7 weeks later. It didn’t even leave the UK until December the 10th. No phone number and extremely slow email responses, which then pass the blame back to their “partners”. They take no responsibility for anything and provide as little help as possible.
Awful experience and would never use again. Interested to see what the corporate template reply to this review is…
I’m hoping that at the very least they can find the parcel and make a delivery… 8 weeks late.

Happy Post is leaving us anything but happy... We paid a very premium price to send 2 packages to India. It's been 4 weeks since and the packages are stuck at the customs. They want us to pay 75% of the total cost of the packages... Of course there was no REAL warning on their behalf AND ON TOP of that, they have the audacity to ask for extra delivery fees to finish sending the packages... How much money do they think we can bleed? We were looking forward to send our family some goods for Christmas, now none of us can afford to save the packages (they will destroy them if we don't pay). I never had such a bad experience sending packages in India. Confronting Happy Post with the issue(s) was only followed by templated emails with no solutions or understanding. Needless stress, truly a waste of money and time. I cannot even put in words the sadness and frustration that I feel. Stay away at all cost.
EDIT: Your reply is just another pile of empty words that are doing nothing to help... The "cannot provide exact amount" is especially convenient. Claiming ignorance on top of that is shady at best (but weirdly fitting). You fail to provide us with an IMPORTANT information. A bit of honesty at the start would have been the right thing to do rather than just run away with our money.

I booked this postal service as stated 5-10 business days to USA which was perfect as the parcel contained a baby scan surprise for my mother. Dropped off 23 November, left sort facility 29th Nov, then didn't leave Happy post sort facility until 6th Dec! Arrived in USA 7th Dec and it's still not delivered! No notice of delays that was the excise when I emailed them. It wasn't cheaper than Royal Mail but the time was quicker!!!! It definitely hasn't been. So disappointed and I still have no idea of this special gift will get there.

I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company. I dropped my parcel off on 16.11.24 at my local Evri pick up point. It said track your parcel . Well where it went for 3 weeks. On the 09.12.24 it just arrived at the Happy Post sorting hub. Numerous emails were not responded to. On 11.12.24 my parcel was despatched from country of origin.
It is now 16.12.24 and the parcel still has not got to its destination-Australia.
This parcel has advent calendars and some Christmas bits for my grandchildren. Hopefully it will arrive at my daughters house before 25.12.24
This has been an awful experience. They maybe cheap, but it’s going into week 5 and my parcel still hasn’t got there.😡

It is NOT worth giving even one star.
They told a lie as if all the EVRi drop-off areas can accept my parcel but I was rejected due to the parcel shop has no space for my boxes.
Happy Post hasn’t replies to me ever since they are TRYING to find a way.
I am very frustrated because I have to leave the UK and remove all the stuff but this Happy post made me so unhappy.
Don’t use it. They took money but didn’t provide the service at all

Happy Post are the worst company I have ever used for any service.
I posted a very sentimentally precious parcel to Australia 3 weeks ago on the promise it would arrive within 2 weeks. It has (according to the tracking) remained stagnant in the UK for 13 days. I have tried contacting them, and get a generic response stating 'it was held up in the Evri network'. They ignore my other questions, offer no practical help to get it moving, and, according to the tracking, it has now been in the air for 6 days. Utterly ridiculous. There are two young children in Australia who are anxiously waiting for their homemade advent calendars and it is 11th December. I posted this parcel mid November.
Their responses (if you get one) are generic and uncaring and they deflect their responsibility onto Evri which is unreasonable because my contract is with Happy Post, not Evri and it is their responsibility to oversee that their subcontractors deliver.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
