ONE OF THE PACKAGES THEY PROMISED TO RETURN IS NOW "LOST" ALSO!
THEIR "COMPENSATION" IS NOT WORTH HAVING AND THEY REQUIRE YOU TO SEND AN INVOICE FOR THE CONTENTS, BUT ONLY PAY €12 PER KG, SO WHY DO THEY NEED A DETAILED DESCRIPRION OF THE CONTENTS! SCAMMERS .....
Three packages sent to the USA on the on the 2nd of April. None have arrived. Problem signalled on the 22nd April. Booked a call back from Jean-Sebastien, which was confirmed for 15.00 on the 6th May. He did not call. After repeatedly contacting them all they would say was I must wait. On the 3rd of May, informed one package was lost and 2 were being held in customs. I was asked to provide my invoice and rib for a refund. I was informed it would be within 15 days. This has now passed, and I have received nothing. I requested over a week ago that the other 2 packages be returned to me, still nothing.
Promised 14 day refund dated 7th May on my lost package contents and postage fee has still not been paid.
How do I explain this to my customer?

IT IS NOW THE JUNE AND NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE FOR THE LOST PACKAGE. OUT OF THE 2 STUCK IN CUSTOMS, I ASKED THAT THEY BE RETURNED, I WAS ASSURED THEY WOULD BE DISPATCHED BY RETURN AND I WOULD BE GIVEN TRACKING NUMBERS, ONLY ONE HAS ARRIVED, NO TRACKING NUMBERS WERE GIVEN. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES, JUST FOB YOU OFF ALL THE TIME.

They rejected my parcel but only told me 3 weeks later, they did refund and then returned a parcel, great you say but it was not my parcel but a valentines box to a gf in Russia. Tried to get my box back but no response now £60 down and have to start again will use FedEx next time. Data breach as all details of wrong box in box along with my return address

Crap company no where to contact over the phone. Parcel sent on 4 of Feb not delivered to receiving country in India. Advisor saying its waiting custom clearance & it could take 30 days. Its like we have never sent or received parcels before. They dont use air freight and send by sea. Cant trace my parcel. They reply to you in foreign Language which not every one knows. The person who the parcels send to coming back in months time. Dont know if they will deliver before that. It will be no use to him even if he gets them that late, he will just end up bringing it back & it just cost me. Make me look like I am fool using there services for International Parcels. They misguiding and un reliable. Dont Use Them.... Its No No No...

The tracking was chaotic and the Happy Post tracking did not match the Mon Relais tracking who were sub-contracting part of the journey. The actual delivery went well, but used up a lot of our time querying seemingly incorrect tracking.

Been waiting a weeks now for 15880190 to move from Belgium to Ireland. It was shipped by an Ebay seller to me on the 12th of Jan, been sitting in some international shipping depot on the continent since the 17th Jan. It's supposed to transfer to Fastway couriers on the Irish side but there's no record of its International tracking code on there tracking site.
Edit: It finally moved and showed up on the fastway side, I should get it in a day or two

I sent a package on november 16th from France to South Korea with some snacks and chocolate, it arrived well and the tracking was also easy to follow.

My parcel has been in transit for 17 days, with no more tracking info since over a week now.
I sent a customer request yesterday, and I haven’t received any email notification of a case being created and no update on my parcel either.
