LIES AND CHEATS IN A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE
We visited Trikalioti Lush Estate and stayed for three days.
The place was very beautiful among the trees and greenery.
The apartment was satisfactory and relatively clean.
However, there was a big problem that especially in the summer creates a big problem for you. The shower had no pressure at all to take a bath..
You couldn't rinse yourself and wash your hair.
Also, for a little hot water to come, you had to wait at least half an hour. We immediately informed the office and they said they would solve the problem.
They sent a gentleman who would fix the shower, something that couldn't be done, they should have put something better. And since it didn't happen, he promised that he would come the next day with a new, better one... and of course he never came. Luckily it was only 3 days..

Super good location, close to both harbour, beach, restaurants and shops. Relevant equipment in the apartments. Modern apartment with all necessary facilities including washing machine and AC. Good services from Happy homes. Cleaning was ok, but could be improved, since we found spots that wasn’t cleaned well, and pans that needed an extra cleaning before use. When clearing out the garbage, we noticed too late how it was possible to sort and recycle waste. An in instruction and extra bins for storting waste in the apartment would be helpful to make ignorant foreigners sort better and controbute to preserve the environment. All in all we hade a very pleasant stay, and would gladly book with Happy Homes again!

The apartment is really nice and well-located in a very comfortable area. Just 200 meters away, there’s a small beach which was perfect for relaxing. We always had great and quick communication with the host – very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

We have visited second time this…
We have visited second time this apartment. If you looking for quite place with beautiful sea view this is definitely one of them. Most out of this apartment I was again looking is the clean swimming pool where I felt grateful and enjoyed pretty much every single evening. Breakfast and lunch we have always enjoyed at balcony terrace with the sew view. I certainly recommend this apartment .

Lovely location and Lodge…
Loved the location and the lodge the Happy Rentals team were also helpful and friendly …the lodge itself is in the perfect location right in the middle of everything, while the hot tub is brilliant to relax in at the end of a lovely days hike, the facilities at the lodge are also good with 3 beds, 2 toilets, a drying room and kitchen facilities
Just a couple of recommendations:
1. Lodge photos need to be updated as new lodges have sprung up around this one, which means some of its views have been affected,
2. Also the patio doors and one outside electric blind in the back bedroom need fixing…. None of this impacted us though so we didn’t make the happy rentals team aware of it or complain about it especially as there were notes on the patio doors advising repairs were in progress.
Would thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay and we were really happy we picked it 😀👍🏻❤️

A/C broken and they ignore my messages
I rented an apartment in Lugano. The A/C in my room was super loud, clearly broken. I asked them to fix it, they said they would send someone, but the problem persisted, I had to switch it off during the nights I stayed there with temperatures of around 25-28 degrees (crazy hot June 2025) and avoid the room during the day. They ignored my following messages on WhatsApp. The worst customer service.

Expérience déplorable – logement infesté et absence totale de professionnalisme / Terrible Experience – Infested Property and Zero Professionalism
Nous avions réservé dans un logement géré par Happy Rentals à NICE qui s’est avéré insalubre et infesté de cafards. Ce qui est encore plus inacceptable, c’est que la compagnie était déjà au courant de l’infestation, mais a tout de même permis notre check-in sans nous en informer.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons immédiatement contacté la compagnie. Ils ont annulé la réservation sur-le-champ et nous ont promis un dédommagement, car nous avons dû, à la dernière minute, réserver un hôtel en urgence, ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires importants.
Malheureusement, aucune compensation ne nous a été versée. La compagnie nous a renvoyés vers Airbnb, tandis qu’Airbnb affirme que c’est à Happy Rentals de gérer le remboursement, car ce sont eux qui ont clôturé le dossier. J’ai envoyé un courriel, resté sans réponse à ce jour.
Je trouve cela profondément injuste et témoignant d’un manque flagrant de professionnalisme, tant de la part des hôtes que de l’équipe de gestion. Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie à quiconque souhaite un séjour serein et respectueux des standards de base.

We booked at a property managed by Happy Rentals in Nice only to find it unsanitary and infested with cockroaches. What’s worse is that the company was fully aware of the infestation prior to our arrival, yet still allowed us to check in without any warning.
We contacted the company immediately, and they canceled our reservation on the spot. They promised compensation, as we were forced to book a hotel at the last minute, which resulted in significant additional costs.
To this day, we have received no compensation whatsoever. The company told us to contact Airbnb, while Airbnb claims that Happy Rentals closed the case and is responsible for issuing the refund. I’ve sent follow-up emails, but have received no response.
This situation is completely unfair and shows a serious lack of professionalism from both the hosts and the Happy Rentals team. I strongly advise others to avoid booking with this company if you value cleanliness, honesty, and basic customer service.

Pool cloesed and tennis court a disappointment
They advertised pool and tennis court as the main feature - turned out that pool was closed at that time and tennis court was maybe a tennis court 20 years ago. They claimed that they informed the non availability of the pool under house rules but one can expect that this kind of information is shown somewhere where people actually read. Management and communication was poor. Sorry - can't be recommended.
