I broke the screen on my laptop and was very relieved to hear it was an easy repair. It was picked up and dropped off which saved a lot of hassle. A few days ago, I contacted Darrell, after a recommendation from a friend. I had a problem with insufficient memory on my PC. Although my computer is very old and the ideal solution was to buy a more up to date system, this was not an option for me. He was very prompt in response to my query and a remote look at the system, confirmed that this was the case. He collected the PC today and within a very short time, rang me to say that it was complete and could he bring it back. Everything seems to be working fine now and when those large Windows or Adobe updates come along, I hope to have no further problems! I can recommend this company for its excellent response and service.
