Swift collection of laptops from home. Analysed each and gave a plan of action. New battery and installation in one and decision to retrieve files and scrap the other due to motherboard failure. Service was overall sharp and swift, returning laptops to door with clear outline of action taken.

A very helpful and supportive company gave excellent service and went the extra mile to help sort out the problem I was having with my computer.
I will continue to use this company and would recommend them for IT support.

Really good service and really quick, dropped off my MacBook and went above and beyond to get it repaired and right for me, would highly recommend and will definitely return.

I recently had a keyboard and hard drive failure on my HP laptop. The keyboard was replaced and the hard drive swapped out for a 500GB SSD drive and I couldn't be happier.

Darrell was incredibly quick, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He was also very happy to sign an NDA as it was one of my business machines.

It was great to find a local company to do the repair to our laptop. Darrel of HaslamIT responded quickly to our message and offered us excellent advice. The repair was completed incredibly quickly so that my wife, a teacher, was without her laptop for less than a day. Laptop is working perfectly and the cost was exactly as quoted up front. Thoroughly recommended!

Took both my laptop and all in one PC to Darrell with faults.
Within a couple of days Darrell arrived to my house with both units working again.

I don't know how to praise Darrell 's service. He is an excellent professional with 100% commitment to his work. Darrell always answered my questions and got in touch with me to clear my doubts. His workmanship is excellent and his skill in dealing with PCs and software is outstanding. He has done a hard drive upgrade on my imac which is fast like new. Darrell collected the imac and delivered. He explained well about the hard drive upgrade and cleaned the motherboard and inner electronics. Many thanks Darrell. I will 200% contact Darrell, if I have any more computers related work. In addition to all, the price for the service is extremely competitive.

I was recommended by my brother to Haslam IT. Darrell came when he said he would and gave me all the advice that i needed . He brought me 2 computers to look at a few days later and i chose one of them . He transferred all my info over and showed me what do on the new one, he even took away the old machine for me. Darrell is excellent with the service he provides at a reasonable cost. He's breathed new life into an older iMac for me saving me a lot of money! Really great customer service, great communication and superb turnaround time - all sorted in a day! HIGHLY recommend and will certainly be doing so as well as using again in the future.

I found Darrell very amicable, with a calm manner; clearly very knowledgeable, but with a practical attitude as to how useful or otherwise was the various software. The transfer of data to a new pc was very efficient and back at home both me and my wife have found it relatively easy to pick up the ways of the new one (a Dell) compared with the old Toshiba we had.
I am an avid user of Excel/Word etc but not technically educated, however his style got over the routines very well.

I had a technical problem with my laptop and desk computer. Darrell carried out an initial check of both items and explained in lay mans language the potential cause of the problems and costs. Both computers were left for futhrer investigation. Remedial work was carried on the desk top with Darrell keeping me fully informed of costs and the parts fitted. I marked my opinion of Darrell
service at five stars for communication skils and the service he provided. This was my first use of Darrells repair services but I will now continue as a customer in the future.
