Issue with desktop pc sorted quickly, turned out to be power supply. Replaced quickly and at very reasonable cost. Wold recommend.

I'm so pleased that I found Darrell to fix my tech issues. I was hesitant about asking a stranger to help, fearing that I would be intimidated. I needn't have worried: Darrell was excellent & very knowledgeable.
I'd bought a new laptop & needed data transfer from my old one but realised I'd forgotten everything I ever knew. Darrell was patient & explained everything in detail. He set everything up and sorted my old files so that I could find them easily (transfer from W7 to W11).

You know when your laptop or computer is slow to respond and you blame everything & everybody! It must be my internet, or the weather or even the cat!
Well this was my experience and other things began to go wrong to the point when I knew I had to seek advice & help. How to find the right help, with the right person at the right price in the right place?
How lucky I was to look in a local magazine and find Haslam IT. I made the call to explain my predicament. An appointment was made and my visit along with my ailing laptop was arranged.
I was able to explain in my laymans terms all the difficulties I was experiencing and left with great relief to at last have done the right thing.
I now have a laptop that does everything i would want it to, at a speed I can't ever remember having, and the professional advice and the practical help I needed. Thank you.

I rely on my laptop but I'm in my 60s and have no confidence with technology. My laptop slowed down to the point where I did some research and found Haslam IT. Darrell was amazing, understanding of my lack of knowledge and gave my sound advice on how to speed up my laptop.
His service was professional, quick and Darrell recommended how to make the system simpler, more user friendly for me at a very reasonable price.

Darrell was exceptionally helpful, and the service was very quick and concise. I would recommend anybody to use his services as he's very professional, friendly, and he knows what he's talking about. I looked around all over Worcestershire for my Apple computer upgrade, and they were all overly expensive until I came across Darrell at the last minute, he was the cheapest and more professional of them all, I will not hesitate to contact him again for any future issues.

Darrell came to my home on a Tuesday, discussed with me the OS upgrade I wanted on my elderly iMac and a backup to a hard drive of my iphotos library. Took the computer away, did the work and brought it back to me all done on Thursday morning. As the upgraded OS system was now making the computer run more slowly we discussed possible solutions. Agreed that an SSD and increasing the RAM would be the best way forward. Computer taken away on Monday and returned Wednesday with work all done.
My iMac works brilliantly and much much faster than it did before the OS upgrade. Darrell also removed some malware that I didn’t know about.
Darrell knows his stuff and charges very reasonable prices.

Excellent service - friendly, efficient and hassle free

We received a timely reminder to renew our security laptop cover. (something we could easily have overlooked) it was great that Darryl was able to carry out a "health" test on the efficiency of the laptop and also provide an extra facility which I required. All done remotely and efficiently. Would thoroughly recommend.
