My phone was stuck in a start-up loop that I couldn't resolve using forced restarts or iTunes software updates/restore due to error messages. Great communication throughout which I appreciated hugely during these slower postal service times when I was concerned if my phone was lost or not. Really great service
Really great service. I was quite upset when I rang, as my laptop screen was smashed Friday evening. Darrell, was really responsive, filling me with confidence over the phone asking me for my laptop serial number. By midday the next day my laptop was repaired with a shiny new screen. It's as good as new. Thank you Darrell.

Darrell responded very quickly to my cry for help. Although there was a delay in procuring one of the parts he needed for the repair he kept me constantly updated, then delivered the repaired laptop back to me on a Sunday, couldn't ask for more.
