I am SO sick of being scammed with online shopping, either the products are faulty or the company disappears! This is a short version of what happened. I saw on Facebook a rotating shoe cabinet. I ordered 2 on June 20, 2025. Finally over a month later, a email was send that the items we delivered. That was a lie. Doesn't this company realize now people have monitors/ neighbors that let you know when a person/delivery truck drops items out. Still trying via emails what delivery service they used. No reply. Do not trust or order from this company. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 1/2 STAR. THEIR IDEA WAS THE ONLY THING GOOD.

I received a dress which, although marked Medium, would have fit a midget. I emailed the day I received it and eventually got a reply saying I could keep it for 40% of the price. I replied No Thanks and after several more emails which they didn't reply to I returned it to the adress it had come from.. but they hadn't given me permission to return it!!
I have now sent 20 emails asking for my money back and sending proof of return, but they have stopped responding altogether.
Sooooo frustrating!!
June 7th I receive an email asking for more information!!!!
All necessary information was supplied in my previous 20 emails!!!!!
I am attempting to reply to their email but with no success.

First Time Order
After reading the reviews I was a bit wary of ordering, however I still ordered 3 items. They arrived after a week, the material quality wasn’t what I expected but still okay, sizing was a bit hit and miss, however 2 of the items were good size. I would use them again as I do like their styles.

Would give no stars if I could ordered 2 tops website said posted in 24 hours completely not true. The tracking number I was given didn’t work after several emails chasing up got told one item was posted the other item is not in stock so when I asked for a refund I get a response that both items have now been posted. Weeks later 2 tops arrived very poor quality both meant to be the same size clearly sizing is an big issue.
Would avoid this company at all cost !!

I bought a dress and when I tried to track the shipment, it said the tracking doesn't exist, however, I received the dress and it is beautiful. Material is good too. I just would have loved they had better customer service, so somebody could reply to me at least after 3 times I emailed them asking about the status of delivery and expressing my concern that the tracking number coudn't be found.
