Same as everyone else's review. Ordered eye drops which are needed daily due to my eye condition. Had confirmation email but then nothing else. NO CUSTOMER SERVICES THAT I COULD FIND. Emailed them 4 times & the same with Whatsapp but NO REPLY!!! I have contacted Trading Standards so I have an open case with them. Went to my bank to get my money back so I need to wait for the outcome? I even wrote Health Kare a letter & paid to have it signed for but again NO REPLY (TS advised this). Frustrated is an understatement. I'm usually good looking at reviews but this place did look legit so I will be checking on trust pilot in the future.

I have ordered lenses back to two months ago never received my order I emailed them multiple of times no response now I will dispute it with my bank IT IS A JOKE THIS HEALTHKARE WEBSITE

Made a purchase but it never arrived. Was emailed by CS being asked to wait a further 7-10 working days after it had already been over a month. It’s now been 3 months no item no refund. Big scammers

same as all the others. Ordered contact lenses on line on April 3rd 2024. Received confirmation email and 15 days later een email that the order was on it's way Still nothing received and no response whatsoever when contacted their email address or whatsapp number. Clearly a scam. Stay clear!

Like so many recent reviews ordered Contact Lenses but other than the initial acknowledgment nothing further. They do not answer emails and WhatsApp remains unread. Have been in touch to instigate a refund via Credit Card Company.

Ordered goods on 12/4/24 . Should have been 7-10 days for delivery , now 17/5/24 and still nothing . Sent e mails - no reply… other than them sending me the e mails back I’d sent them. Made phone calls but no answer.
Wish I’d read the reviews first.
Contacted my bank today so hopefully they’ll be successful in helping me get my money back.

I spent around £84 on contact lenses over 5 weeks ago. They never arrived and I got no response when I tried to contact them.
Fortunately I used my Barclaycard, & they have refunded me, once I completed an online claim form.

Do not use this company. I bought a face moisturiser on 12th April and now 12th of May and not received it. Sent numerous emails and no response the WhatsApp number for customer service isn't checked or replied to either. I'm now going to have to contact my bank. A load of hassle, stay well away

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy anything from this company's website. They fobbed me off with 'delayed delivery time', then an 'issue with manufacturer's supply' and then finally claiming that they would give me a refund. This never happened and after countless times trying to contact them, I had to report this as a scam to my bank and eventually got a refund through them. Use at your own risk!

I ordered 2 boxes of Acuvue Oasys for Presbiopia contact lenses on 15 April 2024. They've never arrived, Health Kare's phone is not answered and I've had no answer to any of the 3 emails I've sent.

I'm just guessing that the company may have gotten themselves into trouble, as I've discovered that the Johnson & Johnson product I ordered (which I've been buying for many years) has now been discontinued and is no longer available from any of the online contact lens suppliers.

I've started a charge back claim with my bank, which will hopefully be successful.
But in the meantime DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Having read the reviews up to March 2024, this company seemed to be legit. However, since placing the order and receiving the initial acknowledgement, I have heard nothing. Their voice box is full, I have emailed, texted, sent whatsap messages and have now had to go down the route of claiming back through my bank.
This is DEFINITELY a company to AVOID - they are obviously scamming everyone , all recent reviews left are accurate

Scam, ordered contact lenses for £55, never arrived but money taken. No reply from contact details so have contacted my bank to try and get my money back. Very disappointed!! Do not order!!

Ordered 5 boxes of contact lenses. Didn’t arrive. No comm’s from customer service. It’s a fake company / scam.

I placed an order one month ago, the product never arrives. I emailed them a few times and have never heard from them since then.

I can confirm other reviews are true, they are scam and just take your money like thief - do not use them!

Scam website, waited more than 10 days and did not receive any of my products I ordered. I have contacted them but I did not get a response in over a week. Therefore, I have decided I would do a chargeback in the end.

Scam. Price of lenses online was great however I received the out of stock email and they won't respond to my emails. It's been over a month and I'm £300 out of pocket. Avoid them

I've had the same experience as everyone else. Placed an order as read really good reviews online! Order not delivered and company not answering my phone or emails. Have reported them to Action Fraud and trying to make a charge back claim with my bank.
