If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered a present for my niece but no goods arrived and no response from multiple emails or calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Unfortunately I'm inclined to agree with the various posts regarding this site. The site looks professional enough but other than an email confirming the order ...nothing..payment has been taken but no responses to query and no updates.
Contact number is a mobile that goes unanswered.
I'm happy to update this review with a more positive one if my goods turn up.

This is definitely a scam. Ordered around £20s worth of contact lens solution about 15 days ago and nothing. Don't reply to emails or WhatsApps. Avoid at all costs.

item never received, they said it was out of stock a week after delivery was placed and would be sent out in 3-5 working days when stock came back in, this never happened and the company stopped replying to my emails and whatsapps, avoid. I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

Spread the word - it is a scam. I ordered £80 worth of contact lenses and no word back apart from the initial order conf. Approached cust services as well as the whatsapp number. I should have checked on trustpilot first!. Approach your payment provider to dispute it.
On the outside chance it isn't a scam I'll be VERY happy to retract this review.

Ordered placed April 14, credit card immediately charged. Bought Biofinity contact lenses and they never even sent out my contact lenses. No email, no delivery date, no communications.

Another scam company doesn't even exist Derby business centre 👀 I should of realised before I ordered that there Returns hasn't even got a number to return too.

Very bad service and not trustful company. Extremely disappointed. Will not recommend this company to anyone. I've placed an order for Set sol de Janerio Bum Bum for my 10 year old daughter, that was on the 9th of April and still haven't received it. Order number is 13129618. Confirmation email of purchase was sent very quickly, but nothing else. Was supposed to receive another email when item will be sent and still nothing, today we have 20th of April. Wrote them an email, sent them directly message to WhatsApp number ( the one from their website) and still nothing. At this stage I only expect refund. Unbelievable!!!

Made the order and nothing is sent out. Can’t get a reply from the “customer service” email which clearly just doesn’t even exist. I also tried to get in touch via the WhatsApp link on their website, the number doesn’t go through to a WhatsApp page. Complete scam and avoid!! I have to wait a few more days before I can take it up with my bank. Luckily I only spent about £20 but they have products on there for £250 so I feel really sorry for these other customers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered contact lenses on a 1 day delivery didn't receive. Emailed company but no reply. Still haven't had my order so have contacted the bank to try & get my money back. Its a zero stars joke of a company or a total scam

Update: its now the 23rd April still not received anything or heard anything from them

Definitely seems like a fake website. Ordered but never received my contact lenses. They said out of stock so I could either wait a few more days or get a refund. I said wait but still no delivery, but then when I asked for a refund, they've never replied back at all. In the hands of my credit card company now.

Bought some contact lenses, and paid for next day delivery, but didn’t hear anything since purchase other than an email confirmation; and emails go unanswered. The website looks professional, and the price was only slightly less than legitimate sellers on Google Shopping comparison. Unfortunately it is definitely a scam and I have reported this site to Google as a scam, which the more people do, the quicker the site will be removed, hopefully sparing others that don’t check the reviews on here first, as I certainly wish I had done beforehand. I put in a chargeback request through my bank to try and get money back, which was successful. Keep any order confirmations from Health Kare and email contact you have attempted to make, and you should hopefully be successful.

Total scam. Please avoid this company. I wish I could read these reviews before. They are not ready to refund.

Scam organisation - take your order and your money and then do nothing. Faceless company with limited contact details options and absolutely impossible to get any communication out of them whatsoever - avoid at all costs!

Total scam. Placed order then couple of days later they said the product had run out so I could wait or get a refund. I requested a refund, received email to say it would 3-5 days. No refund so contacted again, was told to wait another 1-2 days, no refund. Emailed again & no response. I've added 3 bad reviews on website & they are took down almost immediately. Please do use this company they are a scam and are complete and utter thieves.

Terrible company, please avoid. Take your order, then they cancel it without issuing you a refund. Seems like a complete scam to me. Have to get bank to reclaim money. Their website has thousands of very dubious (fake?) reviews. Suspiciously, you can't actually leave a review, so looks like they paid for them. Avoid at all cost.
