Terrible website! Do not buy from them. They took my money and never delivered the contact lenses! I haven't heard back from them since the first contact. They have ignored all my emails...It's been 5 weeks since I placed the order!

Massive scam. Irdered 6th april. Item did not get sent, emailed and was told it's out of stock, I can wait or get a refund. Requested a refund after another week and now getting no response. Have reported it to my bank!

AVOID!!! same as everyone else here - ordered contact lenses on 2 april - received a confirmation of payment. no lenses came. emailed them - nothing back. will report to google too. Chase refunded me though, which was a relief.

Ordered something told it was delayed due to stock issues then again after another email I asked what was going on to be told cancel and reimburse or wait so my daughter wanted to wait then again told its on the way and twice I ask for tracking to be ignored had to go through my bank for a refund as it was my 14 year olds pocket money had do these people sleep at night taking peoples hard earned money and kids pocket money

Unfortunately I did not read these reviews and ordered 3 boxes of lenses. After several days and no information about my lenses being dispatched I tried contacting them several times with nothing back. Googled them and was horrified to discover it’s a SCAM. Shame on you. So have had to reorder lenses again from another company. Have contacted my bank.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have taken my money, the goods I ordered never arrived and the mobile number they give out on their website is not answered via calling, or WhatsApp. No reply from the customer service email either.

No need to wait for their reply at all. Don’t waste your time on sending them emails or calling up. Go straight ahead to your bank to open a dispute/charge back. Also just report their ad to Google as it popped up when I searched contact lenses. Hopefully no more future victims like us.Google might has allowed their ad sponsor as they submitted their registered company page in the government website. But pls note anyone can pay a bit of registration fee and have a company registered under their name. It’s completely unverifiable if that’s a genuine business or not.
SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!Just reiterating what everyone else has written - ordered on 3rd April, took payment with confirmation email. Heard nothing, emailed and phoned on 15th, received reply stating server error and that my item had been out of stock. Choice of keeping order or refund. Chose former, then on 18th received email saying goods despatched to arrive by 20th. Thereafter nothing and now no response to email or phone call so dispute lodged with my bank who have been most helpful.

Ordered on 22nd April for rush delivery so should have arrived 23rd. Received email confirming order with a promise of despatch email. Nothing arrived, lenses didn’t arrive. They don’t answer calls, emails or WhatsApp. Currently disputing transaction with card provider. Definitely looks a scam website

Update 9th May - still never received or had any further communication from them. Was refunded by bank
I usually order my lenses from feel good contacts I was swayed by a cheaper price but have reordered from FGC and they came the next day as usual

Placed order on 02/04/24, didn’t receive goods so emailed and they said order was out of stock and I could either wait for them or receive refund. I asked for refund and they said it would be 3-5 days but never received it. Have went through bank to get money back. AVOID

Like others, ordered contact lenses and have not arrived, I did actually get a reply asking if I was happy to wait 3-4days due to a stock problem. Have not heard anything! Have sent numerous emails but no joy! Now to wait 30 days before chargeback.

Ordered contact lens solution on 12/4/24. This has never arrived cannot get hold of anyone, only ever received an order confirmation.
Ordered after seeing lots of positive reviews and website looked professional.
Have contacted my bank regarding the transaction who will be looking into this, also blocked the card to ensure no further payments taken.
Unfortunately looks like a scam website.

Goods paid for, not received email acknowledging order but nothing else. Emails not answered this company is a scam

Please do not order from this company. My order never came and when I chased it they said it was out of stock. After several emails, I am still trying to get my money back. Not sure if this is a reputable company. Stay away.

Looks like everyone is in agreement. I am concerned too.
Says missed delivery of which I had, but tried re deliver but wanted £2 to do so.
So looks like I have to ring my credit company.

Placed my order. My card was charged. Not dispatched and no reply to emails. The positive reviews on their website look fake. Opened a dispute with my credit card company

SCAM DO NOT USE.

Ordered some contacts, took payment and received confirmation email but nothing since, Have sent follow up emails, whatsapp and tried to call. Like other customers I have contacted my bank, I would also advise you to complain about this company to trading standards, they need to be closed down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered on 3/4/2024, got a confirmation email and invoice and heard no further. No dispatch note, certainly no order delivery and they are not responding to my emails, calls or WhatsApp messages. A scam, as everyone else said.

Sadly I fell for the reviews that were available at the time. I will, of course be happy to change my review should they offer a reasonable solution.

To all who've been affected by orders from this scam website, I managed to reclaim my funds by contacting Chase, my bank, even though I used my Debit Mastercard. It might be worthwhile to reach out to your bank for assistance, even if you didn't pay with a credit card. Wishing you the best of luck.
