Not got lenses, not replied to emails, will chase through credit card refund

Do not order from this site total SCAM
Ordered contact lenses from them it’s been over 3 weeks and still nothing. Contacting them without success. I have informed my bank and they are now dealing with the issue.

Placed an order 11 April; contacted them 4 times and got no response at all, Should have checked them before ordering but they had come up immediately from a Google search. Obviously, Google can't be trusted either.

Scam company. Report to action fraud. All reviews on its page are fraud, written on same day by fake people.

Scam site. Same as everyone else. Made an order, paid for order, received confirmation and nothing since. No communication. Imagine they’ve take the money and run.

Please don’t use this company. It is a scam. On companies house the reg number is linked to a different company. I never received my goods and have gone to my back to reclaim the money x

Sadly the same experience as everybody else - I purchased two boxes of contact lenses online for £79. Got an initial email confirming the order and that the payment was taken with delivery in 7-10 days. Waited a week didn’t receive the goods and didn’t receive any communication from the company . I have sent emails, WhatsApp messages and telephoned - all with no answer. No response to anything from the company. It’s now been 2 weeks!
Reported the company to my Bank who will pursue recovery of the payment for me and also they advised to report to Action Fraud. It would be great if anyone else who has experienced the scam could report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.

AVOID !!! Exactly the same experience as everyone else here - we’ve lost days now for urgently required lenses, having paid for rush delivery - should have looked at Trust Pilot before ordering. How are they able to continue to operate like this?? Will pursue through credit card and trading standards.

This company is a scam, ordered lenses (over £200) and they never turned up. No response from the company after numerous emails. I have reported them.

When I placed the order there were no reviews, but looks like people have sadly had the same experience as me.

I went against my gut feeling and ordered (silly me) I paid for rush delivery as it was for my daughter and like all 10 year olds, wants things asap! when the order didn’t arrive when it should have , I emailed to query. I didn’t get a response, so sent a 2nd email, at which point I did get a response. I was told there was an issue with stock and that it would be available within 3 - 5 days so I could either wait and be updated, or could have a refund. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and keep with the order. It has now been about 2 weeks since that contact and no sign of our order, and now no replies to the emails I have sent requesting to cancel the order and get a refund, so will now have to try and go through the credit card company.

I have a very, very upset 10 year old who is desperate to get her products and doesn’t quite understand the concept of people scamming us. Should have gone with my gut and gone with a reputable place with a slightly longer delivery time.

Hopefully others will now read these reviews before placing orders here.

Ordered product on rush delivery not received , no correspondence or response . The company is basically operating a scam
People must report this company to trading standards
Also to companies house . The website says it is advena medical Ltd - a quick google will give you their accounts and the people involved or person involved
It then states on their site they are trading as Dua laboratories Ltd again a quick check at companies house will give you the name of the director

Sadly when I purchased my contact lenses I didnt see these reviews. I purchased mine beginning of April and paid for a rush delivery. They never arrived and I never heard anything back so I email and they refunded me £2.30 for delivery. I emailed again to let them know I didnt receive the actual lenses and have heard nothing since. My whatsapp was going through on 2 ticks, now its only one ticking. Complete scam. I had no contact lenses to use, luckily feelgoodcontacts saved the day and I ordered some for next day delivery. Hopefully the credit card company/bank will refund us!!

Scam, do not buy from this website. You will not receive your products

This is a scam. They just steal your money and stop communicating with you after they lie about shipping.

Bought 2 sets on the 13th of April. Paid for express delivery as they were for a birthday present. We are now on the 29th of April and I have received nothing! I have sent numerous emails, WhatsAp, Instagram messages and lodged an enquiry on their website. It doesn't look like I will receive anything back from them regarding this. Absolute scam of a company! My bank won't take action till 30 days have lapsed!
Why is this company being allowed to get away with this? Money is tight enough for everyone at the minute so to scam innocent people out of their hard earned cash is completely immoral!

Ordered contact lenses 14 April 2024 not heard nothing since. Emailed twice and text and whatsapped them without response .
Stay clear,any reputable company would have responded immediately, the countless negative reviews speaks volumes.

Wish i had looked on here first before placing my order for contact lenses which are 2 weeks late & no response from customer services. I should have known on the prices I was getting it was a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
