My hospital failed to present my repeat prescription in a timely manner. Healthnet chased on my behalf and despite a hospital delay of almost a month getting the prescription to Healthnet, they prioritised a delivery for me resulting in my medication only being 1 day late.

Very pleasant young lady, although the time slot was wrong, I asked for PM delivery and the young lady came at 9.20am, luckily I hadn’t left for my Chemotherapy appointment as my items needed to go in the fridge.

The driver arrived in the two hour slot, he was very friendly and reminded me to put medication in fridge.
