The prices of products are reasonable

The prices of products are reasonable. Quality of products, so far, are great. The service is fantastic, mind you I had to contact the staff only once. They resolved the issue immediately with no hesitation. Packaging has greatly improved over the years. Delivery is quick.
I love shopping here.

Very Bad Experience!

As a first-time customer, my experience was very disappointing. After ordering protein powder, I was told it was out of stock and offered a substitution, which I accepted. Unfortunately, I had to initiate all contact and email them twice just to get a response after the substitution. In the end, my order was cancelled completely after two weeks of waiting without any proactive updates.

I purchase this body and shampoo and…

I purchase this body and shampoo and received it within 2 days , no issues .

Will buy again if the actual store near me has it in stock.

No more using chemicals in body and shampoo and glad I made the switch. Has a great smell and love it.

I like Healthy Planet

I like Healthy Planet. I live on the other side of the country, but it was fun to be able to try different products from snacks, drinks, to supplements. I actually originally went for supplements but got sucked into all the other things and I just had to try it. Their boxes are always packaged well and neatly, the prices are good though not always the cheapest. But I think all-in-all the service is great and it's just fun to be able to order things because they have such a good selection. Thanks for taking care of me, guys!
