The Company were very proficient when the heat pump was installed. We have been very happy with the overall experience, nice & warm even during our cold winter. We would thoroughly recommend this system for anybody, & we even feel it has saved money on our fuel bills. We know it costs a lot to install but long term will will definitely see a saving.

Have had the Air Source Heat Pump fitted almost 18 months now and very pleased with the performance of it. The actual energy savings haven't been quite as much as envisaged, but that may be due to the increase in prices as much as anything. The actual installation took one day, and went as well as could be expected, bearing in mind that the house was chock full of workmen. Since then, had it serviced once, went ok, and system performance is excellent. Although the radiators don't get as hot as they used to, it doesn't seem to make any difference

I had my system fitted over 12 months ago on one of the coldest days. The workmen were freezing with one saying" I have never been as cold" I have had a number of jobs carried out on my home my home but have never seen as many people turn up to complete the job. They carried out the work in one day and did an excellent job. The workmen were friendly and down to earth and I thanked them by plying them with plenty of tea and biscuits. Thank you heart for carrying out a fantastic job and I would recommend your company to anyone.

This company installed my heat pump recently and the service I received from them was excellent.I was kept completely informed at all stages and the people involved with the actual installation were very professional and left minimal mess even with the replacement of three radiators. Based on my experience I would recommend this company.

From the initial meeting with the sales rep Alex to the final meeting with Mark to sort a little leak on a radiator they have been prompt, courteous and efficient. They explained everything step by step and also fixed up for me to see a previous client in my area to see the system working in his home. They listened to what we wanted and provided it.
After installation two of the radiators became warm as a result of faulty pipework installed years before so they came and changed it immediately.
We have only had the system in place for 3 weeks so can't comment on the effect on my bills yet but have found the whole process first class so far.

The service falls short of good in many respects.
We got our unit installed in April 2016.
First, the salesman; we got a liar. He promised free annual service for the AHSP, and our pre-existing boiler. None was true apparently. Had to report this, as my boiler failed within two weeks of AHSP installation. We realised we have been fooled by the salesman. No one in the main office knew about such claims being made about their company. The salesman used lot of pressure tactics in getting the contract signed.

Installation engineer- they were in great hurry. The initial surveyor, did not give any information when he visited. Installers came started work, without any discussion. When they were about to put the unit, I protested, because of the location; I did not want it there! I said something, they said it can't be done; finally the unit ended up in the wall. Now, the whole house vibrates in winter.

When I brought thus to attention, they were all ears- but no action whatsoever. I was promised a survey (at my cost) and a quote, but nothing.

We have had the system for over a year now and are loving it! The process with Heart was easy and professional, they took time to explain the system to a non believer. The installation was agreed in our timescale and was undertaken with care and attention to detail. No hard sell, just clear information and reassurance. Follow up support has been great.

My mum and dad had their heat pump installed yesterday. They said the lads were an absolute pleasure to have in their home, Polite, worked hard and got the job done in a day. Cleaned up after themselves and even offered to clean their cups! As it has only just been installed they can’t comment on the pump itself, but I’m sure we will have no problems there.

Nothing but a great service from start to finish helped me along with every step will definitely recommend to my friends and family

Charmer that turned out to be more of a sleaze salesman that constantly hassled for referrals.

Paid up front for service plan. Now service needs to be done they have liquidated the company and re opened under eco infinity and trying to scam previous customers with high servicing costs

Had our heat pump and water fitted yesterday. We had Scott and Dave fitters and Martin the electrician. Bless them they worked really hard. They did my mum and dad’s so I requested them to fit ours. Kept them going with plenty of coffee, juice and bacon butties. Well derserved, they are so polite,courteous and put you at your ease, being in your home. They were one man short bless them the plumbers and they worked so hard getting it done in a day. The water is up and running and so far so good. Haven't had the heating on due to it being warm. So hopefully that will be all ok and sufficient. Time will tell how much we will save on bills etc.
Everyone we have dealt with has been so kind and they will answer any questions you have. Do not hesitate to ask them. I think I have spoken to everyone with overseeing my parents and my own. The girls in the office are so good Gemma and Georgia, nothing is to much trouble Jamie on sales. Everyone we have been involved with from start have all been great. To many names to mention but all deserve thanks. Just final few things to finish off and then we will be done. Would recommend them to anyone. Debbie Matthews

great service, really happy with jamie the sales man,no hard sell which was a big relief-he really knew his stuff and was great to deal with,the survey went ok but the surveyor told a blatant lie telling us the control unit could be mounted in an out building when he knew this was not true.
that aside on the day of installation the plumbers turned up first and were a really good team, polite and conscientious and advised me on a few other points which gave a very professional manor to the job.very pleased with what they did .my only gripe was the surveyor having to lie about the electrics.other than that the whole job went very well and all radiators were changed and fitted very well with out the need for new pipework or major alterations.
the system is very quite and looks very neat.
its the middle of a very hot summer (2018) so i can't say how the heating will be until its been put to the test. however the hot water side of things seem to work very well and last but not least-NO MORE OIL.

My system was installed quickly and efficiently. As we are enjoying a very warm summer I can’t comment on how well the system works yet.
The install team were prompt and completed the install in a day. They kept me informed and explained the basic working of the system. I was left to find out how to set up the app on my phone though.
The surveyor agreed the location of the equipment and the pipe runs but the install team chose a different route - I think for ease of install. The pipes run under the bath so hopefully they won’t be in the way should we update our bathroom.

We've always had coal c.h. but like us, this boiler is getting old and would had to have been replaced quite soon. Carrying coal, emptying ashes, cleaning flues is now a thing of the past, as is the cost of decent coal. My husband Derrick is very skeptical and believes nothing, so for us to have this system installed is quite something. Jamie Langton the Senior Surveyor, our initial contact, was brilliant and answered all our many & varied questions and was knowledgeable with his answers & explanations. Jamie even came back a couple of weeks later when he came out to our neighbour's inquiry. Daniel came out a couple of days later to check everything & Justin, an independent arbitrator, verified that we weren't badgered into buying something we didn't want - they were also very nice and competent. The whole thing was all fitted in a day by 4 electricians/plumbers, 7.30am - 5pm which was marvelous for removing & fitting all new radiators, new cylinder, tank, and the unit plus taking out the coal boiler. The fitters were all very polite & amiable and there was no damage or mess. There was a hiccough when we had no water for a time but it was rectified quickly and satisfactorily. The water is plenty hot enough for showers etc. Due to this hot weather we obviously haven't had the heating on but during the test it was HOT. As mentioned - we've already recommended it to our neighbour who is also going ahead with installation.

I am very happy with the installation it was very good . The team were great and explained what they were doing they cleaned up very well when they finished and were polite it was a job well done I am very happy with the service I received from everybody concerned.

This company provided an excellent presentation. We decided to proceed with the system supplied by them. A surveyor came prior to the installation and discussed in detail the actual installation. On the day of the installation an electrician, two plumbing engineers and one senior plumbing engineer, who oversaw the work as it progressed.
The installation was completed in less than a day all systems explained in detail and no mess left on our property.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is considering an ASHP installation

4 men arrived ( on time ) on the installation date, completed in 1 day.

Not happy now has not worked to my satisfaction for 6 months
should have replaced the radiators on June 2018 replaced on the
22nd of January 2019 the cost to run very high bills of £285 per month £191 per month £1,200 for 5 months
Hearts will not reply to your phone calls or your emails I have waited for 6 days NO REPLY £1080 and refuse to fix a radiator that is not working £10800

Good Company, gave lots of advice and very quick to do the job. Went through everything in great detail and kept us well informed.
