Workers very punctual, Heating system seems to be working well, it was like the Bahamas when I arrived home from work.I was told someone would be here to tell me how to work the system but no one was here so had to ring up support to find out how to turn the system off. House left in a state took 2 hours to clean up muck dust and rubbish.Also many of the lights left on. stop tap leaking but have been told that they have not touched it, very strange that it should start leaking today of all days. also we have been left with no hot water as there is a fault on the boiler and no one coming back to fix it until Monday that means we can't wash,bath or wash clothes and will need to boil water to wash pots not an ideal situation!!!!! to be in.Never had a problem with boiler before today!!!! I am beginning to wish I had never bothered with the heat pump.

Our installation was for space heating only and we were very pleased with the installation team's work all completed in a day. There was a small problem which they returned to and then rectified very quickly - so excellent support. The system seems to be working efficiently since we can see the electric useage but since it is now the end of May we do not yet have much need for the space heating.

The equipment works fine, hot water always there, temperature always what we want, but I can't mark any higher because of the state my property was left in.
The electrician dragged a book case over the floor, causing scratches to the laminate, the stair and landing carpet wasn't put back correctly and the hot water tank was fitted in such a way that the cupboard door won't go back on. Chip wrappers were just thrown down and not binned and banding equipment was left lying around causing a trip hazard.
To be fair to the company that did the installation they did give me £500 compensation, but I was still disappointed with the level of workmanship.
Also, beware the selling process. I was informed by the agent that visited my house that the Government grant would start with the first payment. This isn't true, you have to pay the first three months up front and then you receive your grant.
Providing that does come on time I'll take that issue no further but it still leaves me out of pocket for three months.

Installation went to plan. Hot water at all times. Inside temperature setting set and when temperature goes below heating kicked in as should. Husband likes the idea of setting the mobile unit at our temperature of choice before heating need to kick in. As it cools in the night the heating kicks in but so quiet and once at optimum it goes off. My home is certainly warmer and it will also help if Ithrough EPC rating in the from nw with renting and/ or selling. All in all only been in a week so time will tell with efficiency, warmth and more especially reliability.

We had extremely good service. The whole experience was done in a day. They were very good,neat workmanship,knowledge of their job, & put everything back in place before they left.
Would definitely recommend them to any further customers.

Everything was done when promised, everyone without exception were very nice and friendly from Ian the rep to the fitters to Julie and co in the office of Heart . If we needed any help with anything the help was there . It is quite a major commitment but it was made so easy for us . I would give 6 out of 5 if I could !

Excellent service starting from the first initial survey,telephone conversation in the office,right through to the fantastic installation of a fabulous,quiet system.The fitters Fathers and son called Joe and Martin the electrician all did an outstanding job leaving our home spotless ,and worked together as a fantastic team and I would recommend anyone wanting an air source heat pump to use this company.

Mr Tweddle that came out to give us all the information and the quote on the product was very helpful and informative and not pushy which puts people off.
When they came to install they were very friendly, did all they could to make no mess at all to our house and cleared up everything that they did and left no mess at all and informed us of all that we needed to know to use the system.

FROM THE FIRST VISIT TO THE INSTALLATION,EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FIRST CLASS.THE TECHNICIANS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB NO MESS LEFT.THE HEATING IS SUPERB WORKS REALLY WELL.

Fantastic professional job all round, seeing as 12 radiators across the whole house had to either be replaced or worked on all the carpets were protected and all mess cleaned up, no problems at all. Air Source Heat Pump and all equipment installed neatly and they even fixed a fault in the pipe work in the loft conversion done by a previous fitter. All done and cleaned up by 5.30pm, house cosy and warm by 6.30pm.

Our installation went very well with no hiccups. Still not overly sure of controlling the system we have some radiators that don’t seem to heat up as they should, we are also experiencing some noise from some radiators however I’m quite sure that Heart our supplier will be able to sort out these minor problems.
Our system has only been up and running for a week so really it’s a little too early to give a meaningful review save to say all seems well so far.

Everything has been very easy to sort out and things were explained in clear easy to understand details. All the staff and installers have been very nice and helpful. The installation went really well with no problems at all. We now have a very cosy and warm house, with no big gas bills to worry about. Very happy with everything.

A good overall experience, from survey to commissioning. The weather was kind for November 2017 as well so there was little hassle.
The Mitsubishi Air Pump is placed on a flat outbuilding roof and is so quiet it's inaudible, it's electricity consumption shown on my smartmeter here is higher than before - more than double in fact - but that is offset by the RHI help which hopefully will be forthcoming soon, - thanks to Julie at HEART for information on how to apply for this - and of course not to forget the last two month's gas bills which were down to single figures, £6 in fact. Thanks again to HEART.

A very efficient service, the survey team and the fitting team were polite and helpful and did an excellent job. Our after sales service from the company has been very good, answering our queries in a very helpful way.

The work was undertaken smoothly and proffesionally and to high standards - and looks good - alot of pipework but it looks impressive and it was great to wake up this morning to such a warm house.

Had my air source heat pump installed 3 months ago now, very impressed! Lovely warm house and saving money at the same time! Very good service, from the initial phone call all the way to the after sales. Would recommend them to anyone.

Sent a salesman who sells everything by telling lies. Heart does not honour what the salesman said.
