Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 388 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers report receiving products of poor quality, often described as cheap and flimsy, which frequently do not fit the watches they were intended for. People also express dissatisfaction with the pricing, feeling that they paid premium prices for items that are readily available for much less from other online retailers, suggesting a significant markup. Furthermore, many users experienced considerable issues with refunds, often waiting weeks or even months without receiving their money back, and sometimes needing to resort to credit card disputes to resolve the problem. Customers also frequently mention that orders arrive with incorrect colors or are not the specific item they ordered, and that the products are often shipped directly from China, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. However, some people were satisfied with their purchases, finding the straps to be of high quality, comfortable, and a perfect fit for their watches, even comparing them favorably to original brand straps.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible product. They use cheapest company to send them. Returning is discouraged, they try to send alternatives, rather than refund. When you do return, make sure you use a tracked service because you cant trust them. They telk you to put a liw value on the parcels (not legal) I chased for refund, they said they had refunded my card. They didn't refund me, my bank has now taken this case up. They lie and tell you its refunded, they try and scare you into not approaching your bank for a charge back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Poor fit, junk, difficult to deal with. Chinese product try to market as Swiss

Strap I wanted out of stock, instead of cancelling they insisted on sending me 2 others. Finally caved and agreed. Slow to arrive, the strap does not fit the watch.

They tell me they'll send another - I decline, I just want a refund as the strap is also poor quality.

Site claims as Swiss, product clearly came from a Chinese factory with stickers on items saying so.

Taken this company to my bank to charge back as no refund received and now they want to communicate. I urge everyone to take to bank and ask for charge back.

Waste of money

Waste of money, their website promises high quality Swiss products when in reality they are poor quality, ill fitting, cheap rubbish that’s drop shipped straight from the factory in China.

I am genuinely shocked as to how bad…

I am genuinely shocked as to how bad this service has been. If you want to return the extremely poor quality straps that they charge you through the nose for, you will have to pay for the privilege. If you want to exchange or swap the order for another strap, be prepared for them to ask you to pay $20 for the delivery (of a strap) despite the delivery on the order being free. On top of all of that, delivery to the UK, took over two weeks. The email service is clearly a scam. I'm just frustrated at myself for falling for it. Be careful and DO NOT USE HELVETUS

Not even worth a single star

Not even worth a single star. They get their straps manufactured and shipped from third parties in China, the quality is pathetic and there is no quality control of the Swiss company involved. The do not offer return service, most of the time return service is more expensive then the strap so the customers end up keeping it even if it does not solve their purpose. Please do not buy from this SCAM company.

Sells cheap alix junk at markup

Sells cheap alix junk at markup. Sent me the wrong item (clearly marked with a label as red!) , then tried to gaslight me that it was just "monitor color discrepancy" why they sent me a RED model instead of ORANGE.

Did not agree to refund me until I opened a dispute. Then agree, claim they processed refund, and 3 weeks later still no money.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

False advertising Omega 007 deployant mesh…

Ordered the Omega 007 deployant mesh strap. The listing offers it in 18mm. What was delivered was a 2 piece non-deployant bracelet. They claim the deployant doesn’t come as 18mm but the listing mentions that NOWHERE. Returned, long since deliverers according to tracking and yet still have not received my refund

Alibaba crap at ripoff prices

Horrible products drop shipped from Alibaba at a 600% markup. My strap didn't even fit my watch due to a manufacturing error. They wouldn't issue a refund without me paying to ship the piece of crap to Switzerland (they ship directly from Alibaba but take returns to Switzerland). Why should I have to pay to return a non-functional product? They should pay. And why do they even want it back? I sent them a video of the problems. There is nothing for them to investigate. My only thought is that they are probably going to resell it to another unsuspecting customer. They are horrible. Don't buy from them!!!!

This company is a sham

This company is a sham, they drop ship watch straps from China that they masquerade as being high quality Swiss made. You can get the same watch straps they sell direct from Alibaba at a 1/10 the price they charge. BUYER BEWARE Shame on them for taking advantage of people.

Cheap products, dishonest customer service and policy

Right after I placed my ordered I noticed a discrepancy in pricing and discounts. I contacted the company prior to my order was shipped, literally 15 minutes after I ordered it. They claimed they already shipped which wasn't true, and threatened me that if I were to file a dispute with American Express it would turn out in their favor and Amex would revoke my card. Upon the items I ordered arriving, I noticed everything was China produced and shipped and the quality wasn't what they advertised. Also, one item was wrong, another one missing, and they claim again they have "proof" they shipped everything. I have pictures and all communications ready to provide to Amex.

Paid €125 for glue on a strap — no return allowed

I bought a leather watch strap for €125. When it arrived, there was visible glue on the inside of the strap, which clearly shows poor workmanship and low quality. Despite the high price, the product appears to come directly from China and does not match the quality one would reasonably expect.

I asked for a replacement without glue, but customer service insisted that the strap was ‘perfectly fine’ and refused to acknowledge the defect. I then wanted to return it, as their website clearly offers returns as an option. However, they told me I could not return it because they claim the strap was ‘custom-made and personalized’ for me — even though I ordered a standard model that is openly available in their online stock like any other strap. They justified this by citing European consumer law, stating that personalized items are excluded from returns.

In my view, this is misleading and unfair: they sell a standard product, deliver low quality, and then hide behind a false ‘custom-made’ argument to block returns. It is a scam

This strap was a complete letdown

This strap was a complete letdown. First, it does not include a buckle, which was not made clear at purchase. Second, despite being marketed as a premium product, it shipped from China, not what I expected for a strap positioned for luxury watches.
The quality is cheap and flimsy, nowhere near what should ever be paired with a Rolex GMT-Master II. The rubber feels low-grade, the finishing is poor, and it inspires absolutely no confidence. I would never risk putting this on my brand-new Rolex GMT.
To make matters worse, returning it is unreasonable. You’re forced to pay $25+ USD out of pocket just to send it back, which feels punitive given the poor quality. At that point, the return almost isn’t worth it.
Overall, this product is overpriced, poorly made, and misleadingly presented. If you value your watch at all, look elsewhere.
