İ tried to order nearly every day, since a few weeks, but every time the app asks for my kimlik numarası, but i have only my foreign passport ID number. Which is impossible to fill out.

So i don't understand why other apps like Trendyol accept my details, and delivered everything without any issues and with Hepsiburada anything is impossible.

Btw, i cannot buy any groceries online with Trendyol either..

Only everything else.

I ordered pots and did not get a chance to open the box, since I was traveling. Upon my return I opened the box to find out it was damaged. They did not honor anything or try to help the situation. I paid top dollar for this! NEVER agin. This would never happen from Amazon

I ordered a set of allen wrench for my bike. It was delivered in a couple of days and it was exactly as it was on the pictures.

This company is by far the worst online shopping experience you'll ever likely to have! Their payment process is the worst I've ever seen. Their website and mobile access via the internet prevent you from paying for products because you can't use their card system as it continually fails, always giving a message saying " We are unable to process your transaction at the moment. please try again soon" Tried all day and nothing happened.

After contacting their so called 'helpline' all they could say is that you could try and refresh your laptop and mobile and hopefully, it MIGHT be ok after that - well it wasn't OK!!

I ordered a few things from this company and one of the order was supposed to be delivered on December 8th but without anything they change the shipping date not the delivery date to December 12th. the thing that you would be most interesting dealing with those kinds of companies is that whether you have a counterpart that you can put your complaint to. In this case, I tried to reach them to complain about this irresponsible and one-sided change in condition in our contract, but no counterpart there are only standard answers that you can select and none of them really applies to your case you cannot talk to anyone you cannot send message to anyone so I will probably go ahead and try the other delivery companies in the future.

I purchased TV from hepsiburada and I get notification about my cargo on the way to me 4 different day. My cargo leaves the warehouse every day, it does not come to me. Then it goes back to the warehouse. I hope someday it will arrive to me. Thank you hepsijet!

I bought a webcam from Hepsiburada, when I received it, the package was open and 2 items were missing from it, I contacted the support, they took the box and returned it to the store, the store said it is working, I told them what the issue with the package was and they ignored me totally
It seems I was wrong in trusting the Hepsiburada
I will not use their service no more

I returned a product but Hepsijet cargo stuck wrong label on package. So my faulty item was not returned to seller. However after 10 days of submitting info and 2 phone calls Hepsiburada refunded my money. Very happy about that and customer care were very responsive.

Never in my life ordered from any company and they done like this . One botle was also leacking so it ıt was all over in the packet . Do not buy from this company!

I made an order and was paid but they cancelled unilaterally with no reason or notify me, I contacted to customer service and they said re-order, but now they cancelled again my order with payment ok. They never notified or told me why and customer service didn't help me.

I have been buying in Hepsiburada for months but the customer service is not helpful. Maybe for small things can be ok but for big electronics or expensive thing do not buy here.

I bough a electric scooter which needed maintance. There is not clear way how to use the warranty of the product. After several contacts with customer service, finally they took it. The communication and explanations about when I would get it and what was the issue has been very poor so far. I have been trying to contact them to change the address as I have moved to another place and it has been zero assistance on their side. Finally, I had to contact the cargo company once it was sent...

Do not buy electronics, You cannot return if they are defective,no refunds,terrible customer service.

My order got delayed x2 vs ETA provided already, and it's not yet delivered. The customer service is not helpful. The cancellation feature didn't work.

It should not be hard to find product you need. Terrible user experience.
