Absolutely fantastic clothes.
Bought trackies from them and I'm not lying when I say I live in them.
Had a few issues on delivery but they were fantastic at getting it sorted. Massively appreciate the communication from them.

Got a t-shirt as a gift, really cool design and the t-shirt felt like good quality. Shame the print wasnt, after 1 wash it looked like i had owned the t-shirt for years all the colour had washed out.
I tried to contact them and never got a response, so not good customer service either.
Overall the fabric quality was good but dont expect the print to stay colourful or vibrant.
Seeing the number of people put out by the long wait times and multiple, like myself, having not really noticed any clear indication of the length of the wait on their site, surely, at some point the "we are a small business" reasoning just becomes a woefully thin excuse and you either stop taking orders to preserve your ability to deliver on time, or maybe the business isn't that small with the supposed large volume of orders backlogged and therefore have the measures in place to account for this eventuality. Won't be ordering again.

Despite it looks like a big company, it’s a one man show. The guy prints and posts so backlogs are inevitable. Did he get too big? Probably but ordered several times and always received my items.
If you need to contact him, try to dm him on Instagram cause you won’t be lucky if you mail him.
Time has come to get extra help maybe.
Been eyeing up a hoodie from these guys for ages. When I finally ordered on 24/01, as far as I am aware there was no information on the website regarding delayed shipping. Even though I'd ordered in January, my email confirmation contained details regarding Christmas delivery cut-off, nothing about a potential extended wait time this side of Christmas. I then got an email a day later stating that there was a delay of up to two weeks... Annoying that I wasn't informed before purchasing, but at that point there was nothing I could do. After two weeks had passed and I still hadn't received anything, I commented on an Instagram post of High Dive's to explain the situation and ask for an update- they appear to be deleting any negative comments because mine was deleted very quickly. I did however have a private message saying it would be coming in the next couple of days. The hoodie finally arrived 11/02. The print design is awesome, and the quality of the print seems good, but that's as far as I'll go. The hoodie is so thin and feels poor quality, I have t-shirts that are thicker and I'm properly gutted. I had such high hopes and wanted this hoodie for ages:( I won't be pursuing a return because of the time it took to arrive in the first place, and I also won't be ordering again unless there is plans to change the quality/materials etc. A real shame because your designs are awesome.
As a returning customer, I am shocked at the poor quality of the 'see you in hell' hoodie.
The extremely thin material and QC China sticker on the inside has now made me think twice about ordering in the future.
Such a shame, great designs but extremely poor quality. £54.95 is scandalous for a c.£10 Chinese mass produced hoodie.
The T Shirt I ordered however is in keeping with the quality I know them for 💪🏻.

I have used this company before and had no issues. It has always been quick dispatch and my husband likes the products. I ordered something 2 weeks ago which was intended to be a birthday gift. I took into account the 2-5 working days dispatch time it states on the website but it has still not been shipped. I’ve had no reply to emails, not even a generic one to apologise for the delay. I’ve had to go through the bank to get a refund and now need to find an additional gift at late notice. Other reviews show there have been a lot of delays recently so I’m not quite sure what is going on but please at least reply to customer queries!
Crazy wait times on order's! They were running late over christmas but still they are taking weeks to a month for delivery. They need to stop advertising or get more staff to deal with the orders. Completely unacceptable

Great customer service! I placed an order around Christmas, and with the expected rush, they sent me two gift cards to make up for the delay while still shipping my initial order. They reply to customer emails very fast, which is very reassuring, too.
My order was initially a gift for my partner, who instantly fell in love with the brand (so did I ^^). High Dive is the go-to store for alt style clothing, with one-of-a-kind designs and top quality!
Placed an order on the 5th of December. 3 sets of trousers and a jumper. Received an email on the 16th of December that due to higher than usual purchases I wouldn't get my order befor Christmas.
A little disappointing but understandable Especially as my dead line was the 16th of January an I think a reasonable time frame to receive my order.
Messaged back for clarification only hit with automated messages. Had no follow up emails or responses untill after Christmas.
Got a email saying that my items would be sent out on the 9th of January on the 7th of january. Another automated message. After sending a message numerous times to answer specific questions. Still automated. Asked if I could pay for faster shipping as I really needed it before the 16th of January. Way after a month of the initial order. Still heard nothing.
Tracking is stuck on "label being printed" even now. Have sent a couple emails to find out what is happening as has taken over 7 days to receive my package after being "promised" it would be sent from the automated chain message.
Still no idea where my order is. Not receiving any emails or responses back. Didn't get it for when I needed it over a month from my original order date
Got sent a 10 voucher as a sorry a automated reward. If I ordered anything now with a 10 pound voucher would I even receive it.
Terrible service and very disappointed. The fact the company is just wanting to ride on the patience and good will of the costumer, even tho they keep breaking there own deadline I find ridiculous.

Great quality fabric and print. The extra posters were bent a little and the shipping took a long time, but it was informed well and reason was understandable.
What a shame! The designs are amazing and I am a returning customer but I am really disappointed in the customer service.
I made on order on 14th December for a Christmas present and there was no mention of last order dates so I assumed it was within the time frame.
I received an email on 15th December to say it may not come in time for Christmas.
I immediately replied but I didn’t hear back. I followed up on my email on the 19th December, no reply.
Its at this point I gave up on the idea it was coming in time. I have sent another 3 more emails since for an update and I still haven’t heard anything about my order and it has now been a month. Very disappointing!

Love these guys designs have bought before with no problems. Ordered some T shirts for the family for Christmas. They let us down on the delivery date promised and now won’t reply to emails. No refund no update. Really let down big shame, big avoid!
I placed my order in plenty of time on 3rd December thinking it would arrive within the listed timeframe . Instead, it took over a month to be delivered. Throughout this entire period, communication was extremely poor. I received no meaningful updates and had to chase the company myself just to find out what was happening. Eventually I received a response stating Christmas delivery would now not be possible.
If there are delays, customers should be informed proactively — not left wondering whether their order will ever turn up, especially at a time where the company would be aware that a lot of purchases would be required as a Christmas gift.
Waiting more than a month for an order is unacceptable, and the lack of transparency made the experience even worse. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this company and will not be ordering again.

Big shit.my order ist never arrived
First of all, I think the hoodie I bought is super cool and is of a very nice quality.
I haven't washed it yet, so I don't know if it will keep its shape.
The delivery is probably where I can't give it a very high rating.
Ordered on 28/11-25 and received the package on 23/12-26, so I just managed to get my Christmas present.
High Dive, however, must be highly praised for their response when I wrote to them and it made sense, since the sweatshirt was ordered during a hectic Black Friday and Christmas month, that it would take some extra time before the package would be delivered.
For me, a month's wait is a bit too long and even though I know that High Dive is a safe company to shop with, it still stops me from placing another order a second time and it annoys me a bit, because I think the clothing style is quite sharp.
But I still want to give them 4 great stars, now that I have received my package after all and I actually got a good and personal response back from them.
