Really easy to set and connect to internet etc. all up and running in about 10minutes. The picture quality and sound are spot on. So really pleased and we’ll see overtime how this all works out.

Following a litany of poor service
Following a litany of poor service, escalated a complaint to head office. Was told subcontractor would visit and Hisense followup. Engineer visit made problem worse and needless to say Hisense never followed up. Great appliances when they work but probably the worst customer care out there. Have lost heaps in spoilt food and potential food poisoning after months of faulty appliance.
2 year warranty but refusing repair…
2 year warranty but refusing repair after one year. Washing machines are cheaply made and don’t last.
Bought a year ago and my machine is already broken. The seal has gone and another component snapped.
They tried to blame me in writing despite the machine hardly being used as I’ve been in hospital during pregnancy.

Opted for the Glamping option so expectations were a lower hurdle

Great modern looking dishwasher.
The cutlery tray is a great space saving idea but I’m not sure how long it’ll take before the cutlery is just chucked in the shelf/drawer and not strategically placed!
The bottle cleaner is great
The shelf/drawer for cups/glasses has some annoying features where things are just stuck and you can’t move it and it’s difficult to make the most of the space when certain items don’t fit
Also eco clean doesn’t dry plastics so that’s a bit annoying!

Purchased a washing machine for a…
Purchased a washing machine for a disabled family member. After 3 months it developed a fault. Their customer service required a video call to diagnose the problem including asking the customer to pull out the washing machine so they could access the plumbing. Told them it wasn't possible for the person to pull out the washer , hisense said that couldn't be of any assistance then as they couldn't diagnose the fault from a video call
Much better than expected
I genuinely can't tell the difference in the picture from this base model Hisense, from the high end Samsung it has replaced. The features are just as good.
One small issue in playing UHD content from my Sky HD box. I often have to restart the TV and Sky, otherwise it flashes a black screen occasionally. Hopefully, I will find the solution.
Bought Less Than a Year Ago—Already Dead, Still Waiting for Warranty Help

I purchased a Sharp Roku TV from Walmart less than a year ago, and it has already failed. The TV is stuck in a boot loop where the Sharp Roku TV logo continuously flashes on and off, making it completely unusable.
I contacted Roku first to see if there was a firmware update or recovery option. They advised me that they could not provide the firmware and referred me back to Hisense/Sharp for warranty assistance.
I submitted my proof of purchase and opened a warranty claim with Hisense. However, the process has been frustrating. Although I have proof that I purchased the TV less than a year ago, the representative has focused on the manufacturing date of the television rather than my purchase date, which has made it more difficult to get help and has delayed the warranty process.
As of this review, my warranty claim is still pending, and I have been left without a working television while waiting for a resolution. I expected a company to stand behind its product and provide a smoother warranty experience for a television that failed so soon after purchase.
I hope Hisense reviews my case fairly based on my proof of purchase and resolves it promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend a Sharp Roku TV based on my experience.
Terrible experience / quality and after sales support
If you’re reading this and considering a Hisense Dishwasher, go elsewhere… spend an extra £50-£100 and for a brand with a better customer review score. Mine failed 4 times under warranty and each time was a lot of effort to get it fixed. We were without a dishwasher for 4 weeks !
Currys have finally agreed to refund me, but Hisense were terrible.

Bought from Curry’s. Lovely picture and sound. Very easy to set up. I have VIDAA set up but not really sure what that is yet - I’m still learning. ChatGPT was very useful to help me set up the TV to my liking and saved me reading the instruction manual. I can’t comment on Freely as I don’t watch live TV and so I don’t use it. Very happy with my 50E7QTUKPRO TV.
