What a refreshing experience!!!
I spent hours on the phone concerning a water heater for a rental house 4 hours away from home. Every employee at the Tucker/Norcross Home Depot went out of their way to assist me with endless questions and searching for the right item that was in stock.
It was such a REFRESHING experience---I wish all stores conducted themselves this way!!

Impeccable Service!
I found home depot to be one of the best places to shop for anything I need for home decor or repair as well as misc items for just about anything needed around the house. The service is impeccable, the store is always clean and the variety for the item(s) in which i need is always satisfying. Particularly the Home Depot here in Lake City Florida gets 5 starts all around!

Home Depot Really Doesn't Care About Their Customers- And They Let You Know It!
“I purchased a $30 gallon of paint, had to be shipped and delivered and they ended up shipping it to the wrong place. Customer service offered an apology and a refund - yet in the end their refunds department denied the refund and in the end I have no refund and no product.
Just remember in the end, you are just one customer among millions and they really don't care about your business. They lost me as a customer for just $30”

The salespeople at Home Depot really helped me complete my project
A few months ago, I special ordered bamboo flooring for my living room. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff. I never felt pressured to order more than what was needed and the gentleman conducted every aspect of the order. He even contacted me a few weeks after the install was completed just to see if everything was to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely order from them again!
