Did not register my boiler with the manufacters so I could not obtain for the 10 years warranty which I had paid for. Kept telling me that he lost the boiler details, and could I send photos of label etc, two weeks later he had not done anything, sent them 3 times . All this when they had dissolved the company 10 weeks before and had applied for dissalution before ever taking on my installation and receiving full payment. No reply to emails or calls.

Do not go anywhere near these cowboys. I do not know what has happened since previous positive reviews (most are over a year old now) but this company delayed my boiler installation twice. On the second occasion they did not communicate and refused to message or ring me back. I called them over twenty times and heard nothing back - extremely frustrating. Cancelled order and went with Boxt instead.

Had a new boiler supplied and fitted today …
Had a new boiler fitted today supplied by the company at a vert reasonable price. It was fitted by Luke who did a superb job/ He was clean and tidy and made no mess and took all debry away. He was good and left his number incase of any problems. I will use him for servicing in future times.
A difficult job well done!
Two very professional fitters worked hard to finish a difficult job in a day. The work was super tidy and there was some difficulty balancing the radiators but they came back to solve that and now 100% ok and we are supper happy with the result.
They do not respond
Had a new boiler fitted, tech arrived and promptly done the job on the promised day. However, despite numerous phone calls and emails, they are not responding. All I'm asking is for the engineer to come back and push a pipe in.

Staff all very knowledgable and helpful. Boiler fitted in quick time. No mess and very nice lads. So much more helpful and cheaper than British gas. Highly recommended.

My boiler packed up completely on the 8th of March, on the 11th I started getting quotes from companies. First one I got a quote from was John w Wilkinson his engineer turned up the next day went and looked at where my boiler was being fitted he went out round the back to see the flue next thing he had got in his van and left the office phoned to tell me he had pulled a hamstring lol.next I got a quote from British gas had that all booked in for the 18th of March but later received a phone call from a sales rep and basically was trying to add an extra £900 to my online quote so I cancelled they had also took a large deposit off me aswell which I did receive back pretty quick. Long storey short I got a quote off hometech paid a £100 deposit engineer came on the Friday at 8.30am my new boiler was all fitted by 12.30pm such a lovely guy and I felt confident that he new what he was doing fantastic company highly recommend
New build repairs…
Had Carl Dirkin (may be spelling that wrong!) round to fix a few bits on our new build. Can’t fault him at all, explained everything thoroughly and top quality work, thanks again!
New Boiler with Hometech
Received a call from Andy at Hometech. Very friendly and agreed a price for a new boiler. Paid £100 deposit and 2 days later Nathan arrived with new Alpha boiler. Nathan was a true professional, and very friendly. Installed our new boiler and cleaned up after himself. When finished, he showed us how to use it and left the booklets with us. A lovely company, with friendly and professional staff, highly recommended. Thank you, Andy, Tom and Nathan.

Great experience from start to finish
Very helpful advice on the phone initially; not just trying to get the job for the money. Engineer came round to assess the job which turned out not to be as straightforward as simple replacement but he came up with solution and explained clearly what would be done. Engineer came and fitted new boiler this morning, very polite and efficient. Had already had a quote from someone else and these people beat that quote by £900 for an almost identical system, and all within 48 hours from initial quote to completion. Very happy to recommend this company to anyone in the area. Many thanks to Andy, Tom and Danny...the three gentlemen I interacted with.

Struggled with a 20 year old boiler contacted Hometech a really nice surveyor called John came out Monday new boiler was fitted Tuesday by Kieren who was 100%professional even though he was followed by a big German shepherd dog I would recommend Hometech house has never been so warm

After 3 of the coldest days of the year…
After 3 of the coldest days of the year with a broken boiler I rang john at hometech and had a new boiler fitted.The engineer was here at 8 next morning and finished by half 12 old boiler out new boiler in,we were very impressed.

Outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service From Andy,Tom and the whole team at Hometech.
Contacted them on Wednesday as my mums boiler packed in, and still going through a bereavement it was the last thing we needed.
Andy called me straight away and went through all our options thoroughly, advising us and answering all the questions we had.
Less than 48 hours later, the new boiler has been installed and the guys that fitted it did an amazing job.
My mum was so happy at how tidy they were and cleaned up after themselves.
I would highly recommend these guys and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
So much so, that as a bathroom designer I have even recommended them to a few of my customers looking for new boilers.
Thanks for all your help and assistance making a stressful time a lot easier.

After having an awful experience with our previous boiler installer, John got back to me quickly with quotes for a brand new boiler within a few days we had a brand new boiler installed.
