John is the engineer who replaced our boiler, friendly, knowledgeable and competitively priced. Fitted boiler, no problems and offered follow up service if required. The kind of service and experienced we were after.

needing a replacement combi boiler contacted homecare after a bit of surfing on the net,asked for advice on boilers removal and fitting and how soon for fitting, 3 days later a fitter arrived did the job and completed at lunchtime.no mess, pleasant disposition and was very patient in explaining how the remote control worked (i am 80)and i need a couple of minutes to let it sink . From start to finish this Company was superb! John was the only guy when I was getting quotes for a new boiler who actually came out to look at the job, took pictures of everything he needed so they knew what they were doing. Mike who came to fit it was a sound bloke, he made sure things were tidied up & answered any questions I had and arranged for all rubbish be removed, finally Tom who nothing was too much trouble and sorted out the little hiccup with the scrap man not turning up, highly recommend this company!

Luke turned up on time got on with the job and worked very professionally very pleased and Joe the manager was very good and helpful and helped with the payment not rushed until I was happy with everything great company and experience I would recommend to anybody

I was in a desperate situation, my boiler was completely broken. No heating, no hot water and three kids… Spoke to Andy on the phone, he came over 10 minutes later, gave me a choice of makes, models and different warranties, all of which were very competitive. He booked in my replacement there and then. Could not have been quicker or simpler. Now I finally have hot water and heating! Absolutely delighted with the service. When I had a question, Andy got back to me immediately. The installation is neat and my kitchen was left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Hometech and would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend hometech. Had a new boiler put in today by Luke he was great. He kept me informed throughout the day with the progress as l had to go to work. Was done very quick and efficient He cleaned up and everything was sorted when l got home. Also Andy was great as he went through everything with me as ld been let down badly by an insurance company and was a bit unsure of who to trust to go with. He was great and lm glad l went with them.

We contacted the home tech group to update our old boiler to a combi and the service we received was second to none. From the first visit by John put my mind at ease that I was dealing with a trustworthy company.He explained all, possible problems and all extras that would be needed so we went ahead. The fitters arrived on time and had the old one out and new one in in a day. Very tidy, cleaned everything up, explained all but experienced a problem which was down to the old pipework. They figured it out and the central heating is working perfectly, great set of lads and very professional about the job they do. Would I recommend hometech to family and friends, absolutely. You have to be careful nowadays and I was glad I did and wouldn't have any problem to contact them again. .
