Update to the below (Jan 2025) Believe it or not this is still not resolved, and now they just ignore my emails and whatsapp messages. Currently I only have an 8 year warranty, when I paid for 10! Avoid dealing with this company.

Be very wary of doing business with this company. they might be a bit cheaper, but you don't even get what you pay for. The fitting of the boiler seemed to be going well and was done in no time. I was surprised when they were packing up to leave before fully testing the system, but they shot off while it was still warming up. Low and behold one radiator would not heat up. Despite phoning them within hours of them leaving and many times since, including letters of complaint and emails, they just ignore you. I have had to pay another plumber to come and fix this....a massive airlock left in the system. If that wasn't bad enough I paid an additional £130 for a 10 year warranty instead of the standard 7 year warranty it supposedly came with. I've checked directly with ideal boilers, who tell me the boiler only has a 2 year warranty. Guess what.....no response to my enquiries or complaints. I feel totally ripped off and let down, when I appointed this firm in good faith. I accept people can make mistakes and things can go wrong, but to persistently ignore customers once they've had the money is not a company worth dealing with! Tbh there was some poor workmanship as well, the hole left by the condensate pipe was filled with a bit of cardboard and a millimetre of filler that didn't even fill the hole. I had to redo this myself. I can't really be sure that they did any of it properly now like they promised.

From start to finish, Tom and the guy who fitted the boiler (sorry I don't know his name!) were both great!
Tom came out and gave us a quote, really friendly, easy to talk to and explained things well.
The guy that fitted the boiler was just as friendly, hard working and did a fantastic job! He was happy to explain things to me, as I was intrigued, which I really appreciated. Both him and Tom did a great job with the external flue, which was awkward due to the exterior and took extra time and care around this. And I really appreciated that he cleaned up the area after installing the boiler!!
I'm really glad I went with this company and would do so again! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing service! Andy who came to fit my boiler arrived earlier than expected but was patient while I did the school run! He was well mannered and courteous and just got on with the job in hand! I expected the job to take a lot longer but it was finished well before I expected! He cleaned up after himself and thoroughly explained how my new boiler worked and answered any questions!! Would highly recommend using these guys! Unbelievable service and quality! First rate company and I will definitely recommend to any family or friends!

Easy conversation about our needs to replace boiler for my Elderly Mother just out of Hospital when the 11yr old boiler broke down , Never felt pressured to use Home- Tech they were very reasonably priced and could fit New Boiler in 3 days of the Quote. Luke was the qualified Gas Engineer who fit New Boiler and arranged the Old Boiler to be taken away all in the same day. Luke is a hard worker and credit to the company we had no complaints what so ever and the final cost was as the quotation for us. All Guarantee sent by post and e-mail , would have no hesitation to recommend them.

We used this Company Hometech Group for a boiler replacement. From start to finish Tom came and discussed the different boilers. We went with his advice as to which one to buy. The cost was very affordable. Kieran came out to fit new boiler. Lovely person just got on with the job. He explained everything about using the boiler. We cannot thank them enough. Absolutely lovely people to deal with. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone 10/10.

Very impressed from start to finish by hometech. They made what I thought was quite a stressful experience of having a new boiler a very pleasant experience. Great customer service from Andy and Tom, and Luke was amazing too left the place spotless and answered all of my questions about the new controller etc. I will be recommending!

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Andy was quick to answer all of our queries and gave us various boiler options to look at to suit our needs.
Once we’d chosen, Andy sorted our appointment out quickly and Kieran arrived as per the appointment. He swiftly removed the old boiler and replaced with the new one. His workmanship was excellent and he left our house clean and tidy, ready for us to move things back into my boiler room.
We’re really pleased with the boiler that Andy recommended to us and the noticeable difference to the temperature in our house. It’s never been so warm or energy efficient.

Everything went very smoothly from the initial phone call to the installation. The whole process with Home Tech was absolutely painless and all for a very reasonable price. I have also recommended the company to a friend who is interested in a boiler.

Had a boiler installed by Paul and his colleague today and they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried! Even the staff in the office I dealt with was lovely. Was a little hesitant at the first but the minute they arrived I was at ease with how helpful the engineers was
