EXCELLENT SERVICE
Moved from a competitor a year ago and my experience has been first class. Super helpful moving my domains over, sites function fast and any issue has been resolved quickly. Also whenever I've contacted them for support they've always gone above and beyond to assist. Highly recommend.

After comparing numerous website hosting plans, I chose HostArmada for a few reasons 1) their plans were flexible 2) after speaking with Ghan C, he was very professional, knowledgeable so 3) the whole migration was easy. I needed to transfer my website from one domain to another within the same account, and Ivy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She provided clear instructions, useful links, and even took the extra step of making adjustments on my behalf when I encountered issues.
Her patience and expertise were outstanding—she quickly resolved domain folder issues, successfully cloned the site when I ran into errors, and ensured everything, including SSL, was set up correctly. The level of professionalism and efficiency made the process seamless.

Reliable service with EXCELLENT customer support
First thing's first: you'll want to take advantage of the initial signup discount and do the full three-year deal. Because after the promo, the price does increase. That said, even the regular price is reasonable, and they offer a renewal discount every year that I've had the service.
The product itself (shared hosting in my case) is great. All the features you want, speedy, extremely reliable. I have been completely satisfied by the performance of the shared hosting.
On top of all that, and this is where I think HostArmada separates itself from the competition, is the customer service. Easily the best customer support I've experienced from a company like this. From the account reps, to the billing dept, to the technical side of things. Not only is the documentation excellent, there are ample avenues for getting help if you need some hand-holding or an expert view, and if you do manage to have a problem they fix it, and FAST.
Really can't recommend these guys enough.
