After much searching I found what I thought was exactly what I wanted but Indi directed to something even better! He understood what I was looking for better than I did! He guided me every step of the way and when the radiator arrived it was gorgeous 😍 I can't recommend Hot Interiors highly enough every aspect.

Indi, of Hot Interiors, was wonderful. It was such a relief to speak to someone who knows his business and could advise me appropriately. I had been let down by two radiator companies previously.
Indi went above and beyond to help me. He actually rang me back to say he had the exact radiator I needed to replace my rusty one. He was so helpful and told me exactly what would happen with the delivery and the company who would get in touch to deliver it. Everything went according to plan.
I will definitely make Hot Interiors my first port of call in the future.

We needed radiators in unusual sizes and a traditional style. Indi from Hot Interiors was so helpful with answering all our questions before we purchased, and then with advice after the purchase to support us with getting the installation correct. We were able to talk with Indi both via email and over the phone. The radiators look beautiful and are super effective. The rooms are much warmer than before and we have been able to turn down our boiler temperature now that we have properly sized radiators. Thanks Indi!

Whilst planning a conversion of our bathroom to a shower room for my disabled wife, I was told VAT was not payable on such a project but that I'd be lucky to find any suppliers who could be bothered. Well, I found one! Indi at Hot Interiors.
Once I had confirmed that we met the criteria Indi didn't hesitate to confirm they could and would supply us VAT-free. And so it came to pass! Today our gorgeous Zendha radiator arrived from France and we couldn't be more thrilled ... not just with a great product but an excellent, friendly and super-efficient service.

Excellent customer service, ordered 2 towel rails, quick response to order, was told it would be 8 weeks as they were coming from the manufacturer in Poland. Arrived on time and were delivered promptly, would recommend this company for their high standard of service.

Had a really positive experience with Hot Interiors. I purchased a radiator that was on back order and was due to arrive close to my planned install date. Indi from the Hot Interiors team kept me up to date at every stage of the process including internal communications with the manufacturer. I was also offered a price matched alternative of a similar style if I wasn't able to wait until the estimated delivery date. Brilliant communication and would defintiely use again.

We ordered a radiator from a large DIY chain and when it came it was damaged. I found Hot Interiors on a quick google search and emailed them to see if he could assist to source another radiator. This was about 10pm on a Friday night. I was amazed when Indi replied and after a quick exchange he said he would contact the manufacturer for me . Good to his word he replied on the Monday and with a price cheaper than the DIY store or going direct to the manufacturer.

He placed the order at a nominal deposit and I was able to visit the manufacturer (local to me fortunately) and check the radiator when it came into stock. Rang him and paid my balance and walked out with the radiator. He’s obviously well known and respected at the manufacturers.

Indi went over and beyond my expectations of personal service.

1st) I decided on ordering from him as to be frank he kicked the completions @$$ on prices, but that isn’t 5 star…. I messaged, expecting a
Reply the following da, him a query on the order as the rads I ordered were a little odd ball on the order form, the message was out of hours and Xmas holiday…….. he replied within 15 mins then spent a good hour helping place the order.
2nd) I was kept up to date on the process stage directly by Indi

3rd) The order arrived and unfortunately the delivery guy dropped a rad damaging it, informed Indi straight way, he immediately got back to me with details required for the replacement process, within 48hrs the replacement order had been finalised and 24hrs after that the courier company had arranged delivery of the replacement. Following day Indi messaged to check the Delivery company had been in touch. Indi then checked in the day after we recieved the replacement to make sure we’d recieved it and to varify the condition. I did drag heels in getting back to him and he messaged each day to chase me Up . You have 3 days to report damages outside this time frame you cannot claim damages - this is the couriers policy, Indi chased me for my protection.

In summary,I found Indi genuinely looks after the customer every step way, and the proof of a company is when problems arise and how they handle them - Indi took customer service to a genuine 5 stars

I rang the company before buying and Indi was so helpful with queries and follow up service; Very personable and knowledgeable about the product.
I bought 2 aluminium vertical radiators for their looks and high btu for my open plan space and haven’t been disappointed. Although expensive, the British made radiators are excellent quality and everyone has commented on them. The gunmetal colour is lovely- changes colour in different lights. An investment worth the money. I’d definitely use Hot Interiors again.

Apart from very competitive pricing their customer service is second to none.
Indi was extremely helpful during the purchase process, kept me fully updated during the delivery phase and even rang me up after a few weeks to see how I got on with the installation of the product and if I had any further queries.

On a recent occasion, I needed exchange a radiator for a different size after making a design change. Indi was happy to accommodate this and the whole return process was painless.

I bought an 1800x470 airwave vertical radiator which is performing excellently. I received excelent advice and tips from Indi following the installation to make my central heating system work better. Excellent and prompt customer service

I spoke to Indi at Hot Interiors on a Sunday after a radiator manufacturer let me down (3 damaged towel radiators delivered in succession). He checked stock for me and identified an alternative radiator which met my spec (not easy as I was limited on size but needed a high BTU and wanted it to work with a branded integrated valve that I had already bought). It was ordered up the next day and I now have a beautiful radiator (undamaged) which my plumber is fitting today.
I found him very knowledgeable and soooo helpful (there's not many companies that will be doing stuff and call you back several times on a Sunday to help you out of a pickle)! And he saw everything through - nothing was too much trouble! Prices were sensible too. I cannot recommend Hot Interiors enough!!

It’s not often I write reviews, but it would be an injustice to not let other potential customers know about Indi and the incredible customer service he offers.

We’ve ordered a number of radiators over the past years from Indi and the service, advice and products he offers are second to non.

Like all online ordering sometimes issues arise. We had a problem with some diverter valves and Indi went above and beyond to resolve the problem and in a matter of hours we had more coming directly from the manufacturer.

If he says he will call you back, he will, if he says he will address and issue, he will. A far cry from other online suppliers.
