I purchased a vertical radiator 200mm x 498mm for a specific location in my new kitchen and diner. The delivery guy was very helpful and helped to put it in my outhouse. Radiator was packed very well. I had this tailored specific to myself. However had 2 issues. Issue one original air vent valve didn't fit the radiator. I was told by Indie that it could be where the paint was brushed when radiator was made. However this was not the case. My fitter had a spare vent value lucky that fit.
Second issue raw plugs and screws. Were not fit for purpose. I saw the radiator dropped immediately after install. Lucky it happened straight away. So I would recommend getting your own fittings from DIY shop. Overall heat out out was ok. I spent alot of money getting this so not 100% impressed. Hence the 3 star rating.

Faultless Customer service
I purchased the Ellipse tall radiator to complement our new kitchen. We needed a slim radiator as we had limited space. I have been very impressed with the company and especially with Indi who I found to be exceptionally helpful with all aspects regarding both the order process and delivery. The radiator is excellent value for money and looks very smart. For the price it exceeded my expectations, just what I was looking for. Thankyou Indi.
