The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and give great information and advice. The range of colours to look at in the shop are comprehensive and the radiators just beautiful, many styles old and new to choose from. The communication up to and even after delivery is far more than any other retailer I have experienced. They truly follow up at every stage, any issues they take it up and sort it out with speed. I would definitely recommend House of Radiators and - should we move again (hopefully not!) I would only go back to them for new rads! This service was very fluid even during the lockdowns and furloughs of the 2020 period.

I ordered column radiators for three rooms; the choice from House if Radiators was better than other firms and unlike most they could also get the colours we wanted. The sales team kept us informed of costs and timescales for delivery and customer care was excellent throughout. All goods arrived from Italy in excellent condition and the delivery was similarly seamless. Well done to everyone involved and I rate the firm highly- do yourself a favour and buy from this company- five stars!

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Visiting the showroom by appointment felt Covid-safe plus it was a personalised browsing experience with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff member. Extremely happy with our bright new radiator!

Ordered a radiator shroud kit on the Friday and had just missed the cut off. Lisa called and explained what had happened which was great . Ten minutes later I had a call again from Lisa telling me it would be here by Monday midday. And true to her word it did arrive on the Monday , and even had a call to make sure if had arrived . Will definitely be using them again

I needed a particular part for an accessory to a heated towel rail manufactured in the EU. I tried a number of companies who said they would try & get it for me but I heard nothing more from them. House of Radiators was able to get it for me & posted it out to me. Staff were very helpful & checked that I had received it.

Excellent service and advice on a more complex bench seat radiator. Really thorough and helpful, easy process, kept informed, received ahead of schedule/expectation easy delivery. I would highly recommend House of Radiators.

I'm so pleased we went to the House of Radiators. We had exceptional service throughout the process of getting beautiful new radiators for our house. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable. The range of options available was great as well. Can't fault them and our radiators arrived ahead of schedule which was a bonus. A great experience all round.

I cannot recommend House of Radiators highly enough Claire was fantastic in answering my queries and communicating with my plumber all made more complicated by the distance of living in Scotland and Covid 19. Our radiators are just stunning and really add to our house the range and colour options are extensive . We are so pleased thank you so much
