In all cases, the warranty will be for a minimum of 12 months from the point at which you buy the car giving you peace of mind in the first year of motoring. Brilliant!
Brilliant! I bought a car from them in Nov 21 and it developed a fault. I can only thank them and their team for the fantastic way they dealt with the issue. I have had some disappointing experiences recently with 'customer services' from large organisations (Samsung and JD Sports - avoid) and it has been so refreshing to encounter a company that clearly prides itself on its service. I haven't even driven the car yet but whether it is cured or not the levels they have gone to to sort it out are what people can generally only hope for nowadays and have totally restored my faith in the commercial world that so often ignores issues in its drive to cut costs. Cleaning the car was a lovely touch - thanks!
PS - The purchase process was also really well co-ordinated and relatively simple.

Very happy customer
Had a wonderful experience with Becky at Howard's used car centre, the car was serviced and all the mot advisories were seen to. The warranty covers claims upto £2000 even tho in showroom it says £1000. I'm really happy with my purchase.Becky even got someone to put a further £20 of petrol in the car. I bought this car without seeing it but Becky made sure everything was done as she said it would. I'm really pleased with the service I've received and sure I will return again. Thanks Becky
